Bessie the Cornish Cow (known as Bèisī (貝絲) in the Chinese version) is a recurring antagonist in the United Kingdom Disney+ 101 Dalmatian Street a spinoff of the franchise with the similar naming format. Her antagonistic role takes place in an episode titled "A Summer To Remember" a two part series in Parts 1-2.
She appears to be an ordinary easy-going friendly Cornish Cow at a barn who doesn't mean any harm. In spite of this, she later shows a hatred against Dylan and his family, trying to kill them plenty of the times by putting them in grave danger through many means, due to Dylan making fun of Bessie earlier on through her respective debuted episode.
Bessie starts off as a minor antagonist on the first part, and eventually plays a role on a major plot-twist antagonist at the end of the second part episode.
She was voiced by Miriam Margolyes who also portrayed Aunt Sponge in the 1996 Disney live action/stop-motion animated film James and the Giant Peach.
Biography
A Summer To Remember
Part 1
As soon as the Dalmatians head to Cornwall Dylan tries to ask for directions. Dante warns Dylan about a bovine that Dylan crashed into. Dylan talks about how it is the least of his concerns referring to them as "So harmless, super dumb" and thinking of another thing to call the Bovine Cows ends up getting intruptted by Bessie grunting at Dylan. Dylan ends up nervously trying to hide the fact that Bessie heard all of those said rude things Dylan said. Dylan ends up saying some offensive remarks about Bessie's country-culture which overall offends her. Bessie suggests for Dizzy and Dee Dee and the others to go down a dangerous path that merely kills them out endangering them of vengeance against what Dylan said around and directly to Bessie. Bessie also antagonizes and scares off Dante.
Part 2
On Part 2, she ends up appearing again when the Dalmatians are in trouble foreshadowing an overall plot-twist to her antagonistic role. Dante eventually explains that the whole time Bessie was out to try to kill Dylan by misinforming Dylan and the Dalmatians about the wrong directions, kicking the Bus merely killing the Dalmatians, breaking the boat possibly owned by Spike that he tried to use with the help of Dolly that they tried to use, cutting the rope that the Dalmatians tried to use to save Doug, Delilah, Dolly, and Spike.
Appearance
She appears to be a cow with white and tannish brown spotted patterns. With a yellow earing, and a goatee. With a scarred off part of her ear. She appears larger than plenty of the characters smaller and scrawny.
Personality
She appears charismatic and nice at the start, yet in spite of her appearance looking like a simple farm cow. She becomes more easily irritated with Dylan Dalmatian's insults and his Dalmatian Family which causes her to want to pursue getting revenge against the Dalmatians merely trying to kill them tricking them into wondering to a cave and kick a bus into a cliff with the Dalmatians in it and endanger the Dylan and his friends and family further more when he and his friends tried to rescue Delilah and Doug.

- Her villainous roles are due to Dalmatians provoking her alongside most importantly Dylan saying a lot of offensive sterotypical things to Bessie and her kind, as well as her country culture which offends her enough to have her villainous antagonistic role trying to murder the Dalmatians that is the reason for her being on this page.
