Beta is a major antagonist in the action adventure manhwa and anime series Tower of God. He is a subject, a Ignition Weapon of the Workshop and a "children" of Sophia Amae, making him a brother of Kang Horyang and Beniamino Cassano. He initially started off as an enemy of Baam, but later acknowledge his faults.
He is voiced by Chiharu Shigematsu in Japanese.
Appearance[]
Beta is an average height boy. He has short spiky blonde hair. He initially covered the upper part of his face with bandangs, with texts written on it. He also wore a hoodie to cover over his head. He later wears a red cap.
His left eye is shown to be red and black when his bandages were partially removed. Without his bandages completely, he is shown to have a normal face and has golden eyes.
Personality[]
Beta first appears as an enigmatic and malicious individual. He harbors deep resentment and a thirst for vengeance due to his creation and experiences. He acts with a sense of superiority, often using people as his own agenda. This can be exemplified by his action of manipulation Twenty-Fifth Baam (as Viole) and companion. He has a pursuit of despair, especially in relation to Viole and his friends. Over time, he realizes that he was noly used as a tool by Emile, leading him to acknowledge that not everything was Viole’s fault, suggesting that he does redeems himself.
