Biography[]
Heroes of Might and Magic V[]
Biara was Kha-Beleth's succubus who helped Agrael. She killed one of the abbess of the Holy Griffin Empire, Beatrice, then she using her shapeshifter magic. She was next to Queen Isabell, who definitely wanted to fight against the demons after her marriage ceremony was disrupted by a devil. The woman was a little suspicious of Isabell because she said she was a little homesick and tired. She said the invasion of demons had been goes well so far, they had captured the towns of Hardwick and Thornham and she tried to force them a little to flee. However, Isabell knew allies were needed in this war, so he sent Godric to negotiate with the mages and their leader, Cyrus, and she with the Sylvan elves. Beatrice offered the queen to go with her, but for her again, the woman was suspicious and overprotective. She wanted to recruit an army at first, but she also met rebellious peasants. After defeating them, he recruited a hundred peasants and twenty-five footmen and then captured a garrison owned by rebels and conscripts. She then set out with her army and captured the town of Strongbow, from where she recruited the best archers in the area into her army. However, there was another rebel city in the neighborhood, Ashwood. After capturing the city, she recruited enough archers and set off to help protect her husband on the front line. However, not far from Ashwood, the area was plundered by a demon army led by Kraal. However, there were already paladins in Isabell's army and the enemy suffer a great defeat and killed their leader. Then Beatrice brought important news. King Alanor sends two legions of blade dancers to help the empire, led by Findan. The army was waiting not far from Brightwood. Isabell defeated quite a few demonic creatures in the area, but did not suspect a trap. After capturing Brightwood, a bridge not far from the city was a collapsed one that prevented it from proceeding. However, Beatrice said that a seer, a Blind Brother, lives there and see if he can help. Isabell doubted at first, but she didn't have much choice. The seer said she must obtain the Boots of Levitation kept by the undead in an underground crypt. The woman obtained the artifact, cleared the cave of monsters and the undead, then managed to cross the ruined bridge and went to the meeting point with some of her soldiers. However, it was not Findan who came there, but a red-armored person he called Agrael and he was one of the best commanders of the leader of the demons, Kha-Beleth. It was then that began to be a reddish-orange magical force around Beatrice and revealed that she was actually a succubus, Biara. After Isabell was captured, the succubus admitted that she had killed the real Beatrice. Agrael ordered Biara to attend one of the Queen's wounded soldiers, Sir Thomas. Since the character does not appear more than once, it is likely that Biara killed him. The succubus, on the other hand, was a little suspicious that Agrael was too friendly with Isabel. For he fell in love with the girl and did not want Kha-Beleth to hurt her, but did not let her go, but put her in jail.
However, Godric and his daughter Freyda freed her, but Agrael defeated the emperor, Nicolai Griffin and killed him. However, his army was also destroyed and thus he was forced to retreat together with Biara. An imp demon lord, Erasial, stood in their way, but they were defeated him and then the demon sovereign, Kha Beleth appeared, who accused Agrael of treason, but he somewhat denied it. Biara wanted to know the truth, but Agrael realized that the succubus had been spying on him. They then parted ways, but Agrael really betray the sovereign and sought out a dragon knight, Tieru, to come clean his soul. Biara tried to steal the heart during the rite, However, Agrael with his magical power, he was able to use the relic remotely and he send back the succubus back into the world of Sheogh. She then took on a new body and approached her enemy, who was now one of the leaders of the Dark Elves under the name, Raelag. She introduced herself to him as Shadyja and offered her help, which the dark elf accepted. They two defeated the two largest clans, the Nightshade and the Soulscar, their warlocks, as well as three smaller demonic armies. Raelag successfully united the clans, but after that, Shadyja disappeared and took on her original body.
Biara then launched an attack on the borders of the weakened kingdom of Irollan with a larger demonic army. She successfully captured a garrison and killed all the elves, but her victory did not last too long. A ranger, Findan and his army launched a counterattack and destroyed Biara's army, but the succubus escaped. Meanwhile, Markal’s invasion of the elves was initially successful and even one of the capitals was captured. Findan recaptured the city, but King Alaron was too exhausted and dying, but before that he asked the ranger to find Tieru, the Wise One. However, Biara also wanted to find him and set off with Nebiros to find and kill the elf. Findan and his army arrived on time, but then Biara rushed forward and Nebiros attacked the elves. Fidan defeated the demon lord, but he could no stop Biara. The succubus used fire rain and implosion spell on Tieru to kill the sage, and then she and her army teleport to a volcanic location. However, Findan spoke to the spirit of Tieru, then went after Biara, and finally their armies begin the fight. Biara was defeated, but she had the scroll that Tieru was talking about. The succubus took advantage of the elf's honorable personality and offered to give him the scroll if he left her alive. Findan accepted the deal, at which point Biara spoke mockingly of Tieru after handing over the scroll and then teleported away.
She took on the body of Shadya again and returned to Raelag. Cryus' son, Zehir, Findan, Godric and Raelag tried to save Isabel with a ritual. But then Biara revealed herself and summoned her master, the Demon Sovereign, and then, with the of Griffin's heart, kidnapped Isabel. However, the heroes teleported to Sheog with the Heart of the Griffin and with their armies, they fought a large number of demons. After breaking through the garrisons, they besieged the citadel of Biara. The succubus was an extremely strong opponent, but the heroes defeated her together, however, she refused to reveal where Isabel and the demon sovereign. Then they began to interrogate him with spells, until finally she revealed where Kha-Beleth was and took the heroes to him. Isabel was also found, but the Dark Messiah had already been born and the child was not there. Kha-Beleth was defeated by the heroes, but Biara disappeared for a while. After they went back, the real Isabel stayed with Raelag, but Biara take her body and returned to Talonguard with Godric. Here she founded her order, the Red Church, and the dark reign of the false Isabel began.
The Hammers of Fate[]
A year after the previous war, Biara, as Saint Isabel, ruled the Griffin Empire and completely reorganized the kingdom. He creates a new religious system in which she is the supreme person, the goddess to be revered and followed. He replaces the old leaders and commander with new ones who were either religious fanatics or bloodthirsty and cruel, infamous persons. His most important follower was Archbishop Alaric, who was the second most important man in the Red Church, and her other important followers were Laszlo, Benedikt, Lorenzo, Andreas and Valeria. Biara also deformed the worship of Asha, completely corrupting the angels and people and completely reversing the personality of many, however, many rebelled against his oppressive rule and terror. The real Isabel was also despised for helping Markal with his plans and the necromancers might have come to power because of her, but many more rebelled against the false Isabel. Among the rebels, the most important leaders were Lord Caldwell, an esteemed knight like Godric, Archbishop Randall,Price Andrei, how was the real Isabel’s nephew and Duncan Stag, who was a duke of the Stag Duchy. Biara then decided to deal a decisive blow to the rebels, and she wanted to try out her new army, which had many new types of soldiers, knights, and angels. The Red Church successfully fought against the rebels. The first units of the Reds were led by Gordirc's daughter, Freyda, and accompanied by Alaric and Laszlo. The fight against the rebels was successful, Randall and Caldwell were killed, and the armies of the reds attacked the territories of the Stag Dutchy. Demons began to appear continuously in the area, which is why Alaric and Laszlo began to kill innocent people without evidence, because they believed that demonic cults had proliferated in the area. The reds destroyed at least twelve peasant huts and four towns and killed many innocent people. Freyda opposed their actions, but Alaric informed the queen. The false Isabel informed the girl that Godric had been locked behind Ivan’s tower in a prison and that if she disobeyed the queen orders one more time or resisted, she would torture Godric. Freyd then did not resist and the army of the reds marched on to capture Horncrest, the capital of the Stag Dutchy. The city was taken, and Duncan informed them that Andrei was not with him, but that dwarves of Grimheim were protecting him. Freyda tried to speak diplomatically with the dwarves, but probably on the queen's orders, Laszlo launched an attack on the dwarves' nearest city, Tor Hrall. Freyda deserted and freed Duncan, but did not stay with him because she wanted to free her father from prison. It was then that Biara began her real plans.
First, she assumed the body of Shadyja again and found the last living member of the previous leaders of the Soulscar clan, Thralsai. The dark elf was conducting a ritual and the succubus was successfully manipulating him. However, Ylaya, the Keeper of the Law for the Shadowbrand clan, saw their conversation, and Thralsai and Shadyja noticed that someone was spying on them, and the rebel dark elf wanted to capture the spy. After that, Biara used a portal to find the high king of the dwarves, Tholgar, who was also there with his advisor, High Priest Hangvul and an important dwarf, Rolf Eriksson. The high priest was already suspicious of the queen, as only demons and heretic wizards could use such portals, but the main point right now was the war between the dwarves and the Griffin Empire. Then the succubus successfully manipulated them into believing that the dark elves were preparing for war and that the war between Grimheim and the Griffin Empire was caused by a border guard, Wulfstan. She told the king and Hangvul that if Prince Andrei was handed over to him, then the Red Church and the dwarves would form an alliance and Grimheim would also receive military support against the dark elves. Because of his past, Hangvul hated the dark elves extremely, so he also wanted to convince the king, who accepted the offer. The arrangement also useful for Rolf, as he kidnapped Andrei from Wulfstan and killed his guards. Everything went according to the succubus's plans. Prince Andrei was handed over, Thralsai gathered a massive army to usurp the throne of the dark elves, and Grimheim and the Red Church formed an alliance. However, the rebels inflicted more and more serious losses, but the real fight began after Duncan and Wulfstan joined forces. Laszlo set out with a huge army to defeat the rebels, while Freyda found Godric, who was very badly wounded. The army of the Red Chruch was destroyed, but Laszlo began to use dark and destructive magic at the same time, killing many rebels. However, with Godric's death, Elrath gave Freyda a gift that was part of his power. Then, in her pain and sorrow, the girl shout out Laszlo's name, who was suddenly struck by lightning and the power of Elrath destroyed the dark knight. Meanwhile, Ylaya found Realeg and the real Isabel, and together they defeated Thralsai.
The Rebels and Dark Elves then joined forces to defeat Tholgar and Alaric's army, who together retook Tor Hrall. However, the archbishop was ordered by the false Isabel to return to Talonguard with his entire army. Alaric carried out the order, and Tholgar was left all alone with his army. Biara wanted to return with a huge army, which she would have personally led, but the heroes quickly reacted to the events. Wulfstan captures Tor Hrall and kills Tholgar, and the rebels successfully defend Horncrest. However, they were all exhausted and decided to continue the fight together, but suffered many losses. Biara and Alaric became very powerful and they had perhaps the strongest army in Asha. After the death of Tholgar, the succubus ritually killed Andrei and corrupted the Heart of the Griffin. The artifact no longer banisned away the demons, but called them, bringed them.
Tribes of the East[]
During the war against the dwarves, Biara introduced slavery against the orcs, who rebelled after a while. A warchief and tribe leader, named Quroq led a rebellion and invasion against the Griffin Empire. However, Alaric set out to put down the rebellion with an army, but the succubus's plans began to get complicated. In addition to the orcs, the armies of the necromancers, led by the new lord of Heresh, Lord Arantir, also began the march against the corrupt Griffin Empire. They defeated the demon-worshipping wizards and found out that the person responsible for spreading the demon-worship was a person named Orlando, who was actually an incubus and who protected the city of Flammschrein. The necromancers had to fight several armies and the defense was stronger and more fanatical the deeper they went into the areas of darkness. The city of Flammschrein was also eventually captured, which turned out to be no longer a holy city, but a major center of the worship of Urgash. Arantir defeated Orlando and then entered a hall where he was attacked by two archdemons. He easily defeated the two monsters, then he saw that there was a crystal inside. The crystal contained the essence and soul of the real Isabel, held captive by Biara. Arantir broke the curse and freed her. Meanwhile, Alaric returned and defeated Quroq, cutting off his head and impaling it on the parade grounds. Biara was satisfied, but was very surprised when she felt that the real Isabel's soul had been released. Then she got rid of her illusion and scolded Alaric, who did not defend the city of Flammschrein, but pursued the orcs. The archbishop was very shocked and completely mad, he ran screaming and laughing and marched his army against Gotai and the new orc army. The disillusioned fanatics wanted to kill the succubus, who easily finished them off. Biara then opened a portal between the worlds of Ashan and Sheogh with the corrupted Heart of the Griffin, and real hell broke loose in Talonguard. One by one the demonic creatures came over from Sheogh, Biara ordered them to kill everyone they could.
The demons wreaked havoc in Talonguard, but the power and army of the Red Church weakened all the more. Zehir returned, defeated Lorenzo once and for all and managed to eliminate the demons' disguises between the cities and soldiers of the Red Church with the help of a ritual. Alaric was defeated by Gotai and the orc killed the insane fanatic, avenging the death of Quroq. Zehir also successfully brought the dwarves into the war, and after that almost all nations of Asha except Irollan set out to destroy Biara and the demons. Almost all the major leaders of the demons participated in the final battle and tried to defend to the end, but the allied armies gradually advanced. However, the war was finally over, after the continued defeats of the demons, the allied armies surrounded Talonguard and the final battle began. The city was successfully captured and Biara was left alone at the end of the battle and did not surrender. She started taunting and bragging about how many horrible things she had done and that she was going to kill the heroes, but then the real Isabel appeared. The succubus was surprised that she was alive and tried to kill her with an implosion spell, but Isabel countered the spell so Biara killed herself with her own magic. After her death, Isabel abdicated, Duncan became the king, and Freyda became the queen, thus creating the Holy Unicorn Empire.
