This villain was proposed but was rejected by the community for not being heinous enough or lacks what is necessary to be a Pure Evil villain. Therefore, this villain shall be added to our "Never Again List", where proposed villains rejected by the community shall be placed to prevent future proposals of the same evil-doer. They can be proposed again (with the permission of an administrator) if new elements appear in their series that can change their status as non-PE villains. Any act of adding this villain to the Pure Evil category without a proposal or creating a proposal for this villain without the permission of an administrator will result in a ban. |

Big Brother is the main antagonist of Susumu Hirasawa's 2004 song of the same name during his tenure as Kaku P-Model. Based on the villain of the same name from the original novel, 1984, he is a dictator of Oceania, or as the song heavily implies, the whole world.
Biography[]
Much like his 1984 literary counterpart, Big Brother himself is a dictator of Oceania. However, unlike his literary counterpart, he had a lot of personality and is described as a delusional dictator. He oppresses his own people by watching suggestively behind the shadows, while also implementing the understanding towards his people that "Thoughtfulness" is a sin that should be eradicated from the face of the Earth and people should obey him.
It was also revealed that he cruelly shows the people that tomorrow is not for them, while crushing their hopes from escaping the country as it was revealed that he himself is the dictator of the Earth itself. He also executes several dissidents by using electric shocks from stun guns while people who oppose him were jeering his name behind the veil, before getting stomped around and branded as deviant people.
