Spencer Gordon Bennet, also known as Big Daddy Bennet, is a supporting antagonist in the 2012 Quentin Tarantino film Django Unchained. He is portrayed by Don Johnson.
Role
He is the owner of the Bennet Manor plantation and an associate of the Brittle Brothers. He is a villainous, cruel man that doles out excessive punishments to his slaves for minor infractions (and in a deleted scene is implied to rape any of the women he deems pretty enough) and plans to torture Django and Schultz to death for their actions, despite the fact that they were acting within the law.
He also leads an unsuccessful attack against the Dentist Kart. One of the reasons is for his use of white masks. However Schultz ambushes his attackers with the use of dynamite. As Bennett flee's on a horse Django shoots him with a rifle.
