Big Fee is a reoccurring character from the 2018 Disney UK Plus Cartoon 101 Dalmatian Street who plays a antagonistic role throughout some of the episodes of the first season, and play a major antagonistic role on Episode 34 titled "Don't Push Your Luck". She then plays a role as one of the main three anti-heroic/anti-villainous tetartagonists in the first season finale 52st episode titled "De Vil Wears Puppies Part 2" (alongside Fergus and Sid).
She is voiced by Aimee-Ffion Edwards who also played another character from the cartoon series a reoccurring character and minor antagonistic role Arabella, as well as Lucy Sketch from the 2007-2013 Live Action Television Series Skins.
She spends her time with Fergus and Sid who are in a Gang called "The Canal Crew". They spend their time for the most part stealing and self-serving themselves. They could sometimes be there for Dylan or Dolly sometimes either being selfish towards them or anyone else even the the show depending on the Episode or being genuinely helpful nice and caring.
Appearance[]
She appears to be a short overweight rat, with bright neon magenta hair, and some stickers of hearts and flowers on her arms, and the rest of the part of her body. She is a bit more smaller than Sid Squirrel.
Personality[]
Season 1[]
Big Fee overall has a deceptive cunning personality being manipulative as she reflects how her friends Sid and most importantly Fergus the leader of the Canal Crew would be like on the episode. She would sometimes use her friends like the Dalmatians, while at other times be there for them and help them on some episodes. It really depends on the Episode and the story and how it overall goes. In contrast to Sid who tags along and has a dissociative self who craves nuts, she knows what she is doing many of the times and outright knows how to cheat her way into certain things fooling many others and even the main characters like Dolly and Dylan.
Villainous Deeds[]
Season 1[]
On Episode 6 "Walkies on the Wildside", Big Fee terrorizes some humans from a cafe store, along with engaging in theft by stealing some food from a local Subway Train stop from some human citizens.
On Episode 15 "The Nose-Job Part 1", Big Fee helps assist Fergus cheating due to Fergus' inability to smell by doing sign language about the item so that Fergus could find out without smelling it on the Smelling/Sniffing Contest.
On Episode 32 titled "The Dog House", after Fergus pretended to still be injured and eventually got caught it is presumed that Fergus likely told her and Sid about the gig and the both took it as an opportunity to pretend to be injured just to stay in the Dog House only for Dylan and Dolly to read into the deception and eventually say no immediately at the end of the episode.
On Episode 15 titled "The Nose Job" she willingly helps Fergus cheat on a sniffing contest by signaling the items she sees from a far distance before Fergus is left to try to sniff the item eventually getting caught as Dolly points out.

On Episode 34, "Don't Push Your Luck" Big Fee uses Dolly and her life in order to to help Dolly with the Skateboarding Contest. She stole from Dolly's family and it eventually irritated Dolly and convinced her that Dolly didn't need Big Fee anymore leading to Dolly dropping Big Fee down the Skateboard Hill rejecting her deception. On the episode this is where she is seen stealing the most. She also blackmails and extorts Dolly into losing off the bad luck if she doesn't get whatever she wants. She also does a lot of unpermitted gatherings, and even makes merchandise off of her skateboarding success without telling her taping photos of her face onto the objects that Big Fee, Fergus, and Sid most likely just either legally got or even stole, and just modified it and claimed it as theirs to sell. Big Fee also steals some tickets Dolly was going to give to her family.
“
Hansel: I bent the rules for Big Fee last year, but never again.
„
~ Hansel talking about Big Fee.
On Episode 40 titled "The Longest Night", the reason in which Hansel didn't want to have females go out with him and Dylan out on "The Longest Night" and talked about bending the rules for Big Fee but never doing so again. He doesn't tell the few why but we get a visual flashback of Big Fee using Hansel's tail as a tissue sneezing on it making Hansel reasonably uncomfortable adding up to the reason for Hansel not wanting females to spend any time with him during the night.

Trivia[]
There are episodes where she could have antagonistic roles being straight up selfish in Episodes like 34 titled "Don't Push Your Luck", while on other Episodes being good and helping out Dolly on "Yappily Ever After!". She could be considerably more like in the grey area being considered a possibly redeemed necessary evil anti-villain in the show.
Big Fee is more of an anti-villain than an actual villain meaning actual harm to others. As she simply tricks and deceives others. As opposed to more heinous villains like Clarissa and Portia and Bessie The Cornish Cow.
She is one of the few villains to redeem herself in the season finale, apart from her Canal Crew colleagues Fergus and Sid, Hunter De Vil, and Clarissa the Corgi.
