Big Jib is a minor antagonist from the Rooster Teeth animated webseries Nomad of Nowhere. He is a bounty hunter that is searching for the Nomad.
He is voiced by Blaine Gibson, who also voiced Nurf in Camp Camp and the Union Spy in gen:LOCK.
History[]
Big Jib and his partner, Medium Steven, went searching for the Nomad of Nowhere, but were attacked along the way by an unknown enemy shooting arrows. Big Jib survived, but Medium Steven was killed. Big Jib carried his body to the Undertaker, who had captured the Nomad himself. When Big Jib showed up, the Undertaker denied any knowledge of the Nomad and went to work examining Medium Steven's corpse.
However, one of the Nomad's Critters, a living music box, escaped the Undertaker's prison and went to grab the key to free the Nomad. Big Jib heard the music box sneaking around, and brandished his shotgun and began searching. Eventually, he caught the music box, but was attacked by the Undertaker with a shovel. As the Undertaker beat Big Jib to near death with the shovel, the music box freed the Nomad and the Nomad was able to defeat the Undertaker, though the music box was killed.
After defeating and tying up the Undertaker, the Nomad is forced to flee when Big Jib wakes up and calls his posse to find the Nomad.
Personality[]
Big Jib is gruff and serious, but maintains a sense of honor and professionalism in his work. He believes that others should act professional in their lines of work, even getting annoyed when the Undertaker makes a disrespectful pun about the dead. He also seems to care a bit for his men, and wants his friend's burial to be well-done.
