Big Mama is one of the main antagonists of the Rise of The Teenage Mutant NInja Turtles.
She was voiced by Lena Heady, who also played Ma-Ma, Cersei Lannister, Aunt Grandma, and Morgana.
Biography
Big Mama is the owner of the Battle Nexus which is a blood sport and disguised herself as a human. She pretends to be a affable hotel owner but in reality she is a mob boss who controls mutants or Yokai as she calls them for her battle Nexus. She also has some history with Baron Draxum and they despise each other.
She first greets the turtles into tricking them into getting her Qozesuitoes so that she would used it to create more mutants for her battle Nexus and later plans on turning the turtles into rodeo clowns for her personal amusement.
Leonardo eventually saves his brothers and later foiled her plans by escaping.She later fought both Donatello and Michelangelo and together they both defeat Big Mama and locked her up inside her vault.
Powers and ABILITIES
As a spider Yokai, Big Mama is capable of using her webs and her size with superhuman, stength, speed and stamina.
Trivia
- The series also aired on the same year as Trollhunters ended in which Lena Heady also played the villain Morgana.
