Big Nova is an international crime syndicate serving as the main antagonists of Dengeki!! Strada 5.
They commit subterfuge and other criminal activities with the goal of taking over Japan. Their executives are called "Tokyo Numbers" and each have a codename numbered 1 through 13. Any executives who fail the organization are executed by Big Nova's leader, Mister Asmodi.
History[]
Seeking to eliminate the International Police, Big Nova committed a series of assassinations against IP members under the direction of Mister Asmodi. Among the officers killed was the father of Kansuke Horita, who swore revenge against the organization. He would later join and become leader of Strada 5, a team formed to oppose Big Nova and their crimes.
After Strada 5 was able to apprehend Tokyo #13 before Mister Asmodi could kill him, the team was able to use him to locate Big Nova's base using Andromeda's psychic powers, discovering Big Nova was using a cave beside the sea as their headquarters. Kansuke Horita/Pegasus attacked the base seeking to take out Asmodi and avenge his father, but Asmodi used a body double to elude Pegasus before setting the base to explode and escaping. Though Strada 5 managed to defeat Big Nova, Asmodi was able to escape on his helicopter and Jupiter speculated that he would form another organization to come after them.
