Biography[]

Accident Man[]

Big Ray is introduced in a flashback of when a bullied and troubled Mike Fallon, the protagonist assassin, sees him break into a house and explode it. Fallon goes to Ray for help after he is traumatized. He teaches him self defense and make him a ruthless assassin, hence Mike kills his bully by throwing him off a balcony of an apartment building. Big Ray takes him on as an apprentice and has him kill the leader of the bullies as his first kill. Ray then has photographs incriminating Mike in the murder, and warns to never betray him. Ray teaches Mike what he needs to be a professional assassin and becomes a father figure to Mike. After defeating his fellow assassins because he found out about his ex-girlfriend's staged death, Big Ray reminds Mike never to get emotionally involved in his line of work. After seeing his ex-girlfriend's girlfriend in trouble and kills Cliff, he tracks down Milton and tortures him to reveal who ordered the hit on Beth, it was a man named Leonard Kent, played by Nick Moran. Big Ray reluctantly orders a hit on Mike for killing Cliff. Back at the Oasis, Mike confronts Big Ray and Milton. He plays the rest of Kent’s recording, revealing that Milton had ordered Mike killed in the alleyway and assigned Mic, Mac, and Cliff to eliminate all loose ends. Enraged, Big Ray assaults Milton, and Mike offers him a band-aid that Fred had developed for poisoning. Milton applies it and slowly dies. Big Ray allows Mike to leave but warns him to never return to the Oasis. Mike leaves and vows to protect the city as a vigilante.

Accident Man: Hitman's Holiday[]

Reuniting with Mike Fallon in Valletta, Malta, Finicky Fred reveals that Big Ray lost the Oasis and the majority of his followers following Mike's rampage in order to avenge his ex-girlfriend.

Upon making a deal with the Zuzzer crime family to protect Dante Zuuzer from the assassins pursuing him in order to save Fred, Mike comes across Big Ray eating lunch in a local restaurant and the latter shows a note Fred left for him that hinted towards his and Mike's location. Big Ray is still enraged towards Mike's betrayal and how it damaged his reputation in the criminal underworld. After venting out his anger, he reveals himself to be the responsible for a hit on Dante that was meant to look like an accident and explains that he had hired numerous assassins to collect a bounty of 9 million euros on Dante's head, including Mike's old nemesis, Oyumi. Mike begs Ray to call off the hit or Fred would pay with his life but Ray repeatedly refuses, forcing Mike to go save Dante, who had a miniature tracking device implanted in his watch.

Ray does not appear again until the middle of the movie's third act when he executes Oyumi with his shotgun when the latter was about to kill Mike with his katana. Ray goes upstairs to kill Dante himself and collect his bounty, only for Mike to once again try to reason with him. The Accident Man and his former mentor and father figure engage in a conversation that opens wounds from the past, with Big Ray once again blaming Mike for destroying everything that he had worked his whole life to build, calling him ungrateful for turning against him even after everything Ray had done for hin. However, Mike reminds him that their former colleagues' actions against the people that he loved, not to mention Big Ray's total indifference, that triggered his rebellion in the first place and describes how his life became even better upon reuniting with Fred. Mike insists that even killers like them needed loved ones and if Ray did not accept such, he would remain the same old, miserable bastard that he had always been. Ray initially considers shooting Mike but then backs down and turns his attention back to Dante, who closes his eyes in preparation for the end of his life. After a few moments of pointing the shotgun at the young man, Ray decides to shoot towards the sky and screams in frustration before deciding to help Mike bring the young Zuuzer back to his family. However, after rescuing Fred, Ray detonates the explosives in Dante's suit, killing the whole Zuuzer family and collecting the bounty.

The three men celebrate in the restaurant and Wong Siu-Ling, a descendant of Wong Fei-Hung and Mike's mentor during his time in Malta, brings Fred's girlfriend that he had met through social media. However, she eventually breaks up with him after discovering his activities as an assassin.
