Friday[]
As Smokey walks away from Craig's window toward his front yard, Big Worm pulls up to the house. Smokey tries to greet him, but Big Worm asks if he sold any of this weed. Smokey tells Big Worm that he hasn't managed to sell any of the weed yet, which frustrates Worm. Smelling scent of weed on Smokey, Big Worm confronts him, questioning if he's been smoking Worm's stash. Smokey swiftly denies the accusation, assuring Big Worm that he'd steal from his own mother than from him. Worm drives away, not believing Smokey's words.
A few hours later, he returns to Craig's house, this time behind the wheel of an ice cream truck. Annoyed by a group of children asking for treats, he calls Smokey over to the truck. Smokey confesses that he still has some of Big Worm's weed but is told to return it to Worm, who mentions a demand for it in Compton. Smokey claims he's already sold it and is told to count the money. As Smokey counts, he realizes he's a few hundred dollars short of what he owes Worm. He admits that he gave some to Craig as a way to console him for losing his job, inadvertently snitching Craig to Worm, who is fed up with Smokey's lies, issues an ultimatum: if the remaining money isn't given by 10:00, Worm will kill both Smokey and Craig before driving off.
Craig and Smokey leave the house, their hearts pounding, as Smokey dashes to his own home. A van silently slides to a stop nearby, its headlights abruptly extinguished. They realize they’re Big Worm's hitmen. Craig and Smokey quickly ran and find refuge in the back of a pickup truck. After Craig fought and defeated Deebo, Smokey takes the money from Deebo and tells Worm that he's done dealing for him, severing their dangerous connection.
