Bigfoot Mason is a major antagonist Disney's 1955 live-action film Davy Crockett, King of the Wild Frontier, serving as the secondary antagonist of the "Congress" segment. He is an arrogant brute who wants to resell western lands by driving Cherokee Indians off them. However, his plans were foiled by Davy Crockett and George Russell.
When Davy and George move west, they come across a ranch and decide to settle there. The owner offers Davy to challenge Bigfoot to a shooting contest and he agrees. They head over to the game and Bigfoot accepts the challenge. Bigfoot shoots right above the shape and fires another shot slightly above the shot, but Davy fires two shots on the exact same spot without cutting the paper.
The following night, they learn from the boss that Bigfoot is running Cherokees off their land in order to sell them to newcomers, despite the government signing a treaty that would have Indians keep their land. Davy decides to finish his cabin for his family first, but the boss offers him to take care of the business before the Indians go running loose on their property.
The next morning, while doing work, Davy and George spot a Cherokee named Charlie Two Shirts with his family in the bushes. Charlie explains that he was kicked out of his land by Bigfoot and that he tore up his papers for freedom before beating him up. Davy decides to deal with Bigfoot right now and heads to his cabin to confront him. Bigfoot insults Davy for being an Indian lover and explains that Indians have no rights. They engage in a fight and Davy manages to defeat him. One of Bigfoot's henchmen tries to shoot Davy, but Charlie kills him. Davy and George arrest him and force him to leave the property with his surviving henchman.
