The Bike Chain Bandit is a minor antagonist in the action comedy cartoon Sonic Boom, serving as the main antagonist of the episode "Planes, Trains, and Dude-Mobiles." He is an opossum who is known for stealing bike chains. He was picked up by Knuckles during a road trip to the other side of the island.
He was voiced by Greg Hahn.
History[]
While his past is unknown, it is clear that the Bike Chain Bandit was able to make a criminal reputation for himself, as a news report described him as "notorious." At some point, he was incarcerated for his previous crimes, though he escaped through unknown means.
The Bike Chain Bandit was picked up by Knuckles during his, Sonic's., and Tails' road trip to the other island. When Sonic woke up from his nap, he screamed at the Bike Chain Bandit, causing the bandit to scream back. Sonic then heard a news report about the Bike Chain Bandit on the radio, which included a description of the criminal. Realizing that Sonic was about to expose his identity, he strangled Knuckles with one of his bike chains, causing Sonic to kick him out of the car. He tried to get back in, but the car drove away.
He ran into Team Sonic again, so he stole a bicycle to try to escape them. His attempt was foiled by Sonic, who ironically threw a bike chain at the bandit. He was then arrested by a police officer.
