Bill is the main antagonist of the Adult Swim short Too Many Cooks. He is an enigmatic serial killer that randomly appears in various shots of the show that the short takes place in, and is depicted stalking and murdering members of the Cook family.
Due to the short's ambiguous nature, the exact role that Bill plays in the short is also left ambiguous, though he is often noted for the fact that he is the only character in the entire short that isn't a Cook, as well as the only character that never has a name listed under him, leading to some to believe that he may have been largely responsible for the short's events.
He was portrayed by William Tokarsky.
Biography[]
Little is known about Bill, other than that he originally tried to be a sitcom dad but unfortunately don’t fit in to the Cook family. This eventually caused him to snap and enact vengeance by killing and eating the other cast members. it’s also implied that he exists in several realities.
Bill can be seen at various points in the video lurking in the background as members of the Cook family go about their lives. At a certain point, Bill begins murdering members of the Cook family with a machete and taking their places in the video. He is also shown cooking and feasting on the flesh of the people he has killed. He is destroyed when he is shot with laser beams by Smarf.
In a future reality, Bill is shown to still be alive. He is seen on a computer monitor smiling at members of a spaceship's crew and later his face is shown to be the cannon of an opposing ship. He is also shown to have a clone army of himself.
Bill also exists in an animated reality in which he continues to chase people around with his machete.

- According to one of the makers of the short, Bill's reason for killing the Cooks was because he tried to be a sitcom dad, but for whatever reason, was unable to, causing him to kill the Cooks out of envy. Whether this is canon is unknown.
