William "Bill" Henry Cosby, Jr. is a one-time villain from the Netflix original series, Paradise P.D., only appearing in "Diddy's Home", although he was mentioned in some other episodes. He is a defamed stand-up comedian, with a history of spiking people's drinks and date-raping women.
He is voiced by Dana Snyder, who also voices Dusty Marlow, Stanley Hopson, Thester Carbomb IV, Charles Lovely, and Baby Kevin from the same show.
Biography[]
In "Diddy's Home", Karen was expecting a visit from Elon Musk and needed to make sure that she put her best men forward to impress him. This meant that she'd need to hide the people from Paradise Police Department from him and replace them with more respectable stand-ins. She hired a bunch of famous celebrities to serve as doppelgangers for them. For Gerald Fitzgerald, Karen hired Bill Cosby as a replacement. Bill Cosby shows up as a rickety old man, shaking and stuttering, as he talked about his desire to perform anal on dolphins. Randall was disgusted by Bill Cosby's presence and shoved him out the door, telling Karen that they need to draw the line somewhere.
Although Bill Cosby never showed up after this, he was mentioned in a few future episodes. In "Good Jeans", Dusty Marlow imitated Bill Cosby, calling him out for being a date-rapist that they used to love in the 90's. In "Sack to the Future", Dusty said that he should use his time machine to go back in time and stop Bill Cosby ... from making that terrible Fat Albert movie.

Bill Cosby is a rickety, shaky old African-American man, with pale, deteriorating skin covered in deep wrinkles and unsightly sun-spots. He has a receding hairline of thin, light gray, curly hair and bushy gray eyebrows. He is blind in one eye, making one of his pupils appear as a glossy blue glass eye. In his appearance, he was dressed as Gerald Fitzgerald, wearing his casual clothing, this being a purple sweater, a white undershirt, gray sweatpants, and tan shoes.

Bill Cosby is a disgusting, perverted, mentally deficient man, who is notorious for putting roofies into the drinks on unconscious women and raping them in their sleep, which got him rightfully sent to prison for life. In the series, he is also portrayed as a shifty and unethical man, who accepted a task from corrupt mayor, Karen Crawford, to impersonate Gerald Fitzgerald (who was a police officer), in order to lie to Elon Musk so that he could franchise his evil billion-dollar empire in Paradise. Furthermore, Bill Cosby was also exhibited to be a zoophile in the show, making obscene comments about his desire to perform anal on a dolphin. All of these heinous crimes against humanity and the animal kingdom have made him so repulsive, that even Randall Crawford, refused to have anything to do with him, despite himself being a racist, misogynistic police officer, whose killed countless innocent people and leads a corrupt police organization.

- Bill Cosby appeared in Paradise P.D. as well as its sister series, Brickleberry. However, his appearance in Brickleberry was largely different than his appearance in Paradise P.D., as he was portrayed as his younger self.
