Bill Davidson is the secondary antagonist of the 2020 film Tremors: Shrieker Island (formerly known as Tremors: Island Fury), the seventh film of the Tremors franchise. He is a big game hunter who is obsessed on hunting exotic creature like Graboids and making his hunt as the most excited thing in his life.
He was portrayed by Richard Brake who also portrayed Corporal Portman in Doom, Doom-Head in Rob Zombie's 31, and Foxy in 3 From Hell.
Biography[]
Bill Davidson put his interest in hunting after gaining a lot of money due to his experience and working at Avex Bio-Tech company. Hunting is his true passion. Along with his colleague, Dr. Richards, they breeding graboids and import them illegally to Dark Island, a private region where Bill and Dr. Richard gathers a group of willing participants who wants a new level of hunting experience, to hunt alongside them. Out of natural order, they enhanced the graboid genetics to make the creatures are worthy challenge for their hunt. This make Graboids become bigger, smartest and deadlier than ever.
Fate[]
After failing to save Bowtie, Bill stand his ground on the bridge with his pistol while the Queen Graboid is stalking him. Burt confronts Bill on the bridge to persuade him to stop acting like a fool and make it to the safety but Bill insists that he can win and kill the graboid, only to be dragged and devoured by the creature in the water as Burt tried to help him but failed.
Personality[]
Bill is the type of guy with attitudes like being proud of what his doing for living which is hunting is his passion which indicating his job in bio-tech just regular thing for him. He is rich, obsessed, arrogant, stubborn and egoistic. He has everything he need for making his life into a next sense of adventure. When Jas found out about how the graboids got into the island, she persuaded him to stop the hunt but Bill insist that he and his crew would take care the matter to their own hands. He even cut off all the outside communication to make sure the hunt is undisturbed. With all gears and weapons he has, Bill is confident and fearless to continue his hunt on the graboids although Burt admitted that he has zero chance against the creatures as they were enhanced into the deadlier predators. After the encounter with the Shriekers and the Queen Graboids, Bill lost many of his crew, including Dr, Richard while Anna, the only one of the crew realized that they had no chance against the creatures anymore and walk away, left Bill and Bowtie to deal with them. However, Bill shows nothing to fear as he think that his hunt is getting more challenging after seeing The Queen as his final worth of hunt trophy, thinking he still can kill it with everything he has. But eventually, his stubbornness causing him lost his life.
