Hello, Billy. You commited a murder. We expect you in court.
~ The Judge's Subpoena in Case 1 (Good Judge Path Only)
Sup, Kiddo. YOU SILLY MURDERER!!! Come to court, you little piggy.
~ The Judge's Subpoena in Case 1 (Bad Judge Path Only)

Billy is one of the main antagonists of the 2021 video game Judge 3D: Court Affairs, serving as The Main Antagonist of Case 1.

He is a young kid who appeared to kill a guy who was abusing his mother in defense. Althought this can be easily justfied as the man deserved it, Billy still killed as a crime. He was then sent to court to stand trial for The Judge to decide his fate.

Like many other characters, including The Judge himself, his voice actor is unknown, but it is assumed that the voice is AI generated.

Biography[]

Past[]

Today's case was about a kid named Billy who murdered a guy who abused his mother.
~ The Secetary telling The Judge about Billy and his crime

Nothing much was known about Billy, but it is assumed that Billy was the child of a mother and a man (Who possibly could be her boyfriend) who constantly abused Billy's mother. In response, Billy found a gun and shot the man dead, saving his mother from the abuse. Unfortunely, he gets arrested for what he done and is waiting to stand trial, receiving a subpoena from a judge, ordering him to come to court.

Judge 3D: Court Affairs (Case 1: The Case of The Killer Kid)[]

He is briefly mentioned by his lawyer, who tells the judge that "Billy is just a kid" and that he killed that guy to protect his mother and begs him not to send him to jail, but he either shouts ""Murder is murder, NOW get out of my office!" or instead answers "Hmm...you are right. I'll think about it." Depending on the response, the lawyer calls him cruel or thanks him before leaving for court.

At the day of the trial, the court was in chaos with the prosecuter explaining that Billy is a devil while the lawyer protested that Billy killed that guy to save his mom. The judge then banged his gavel three times, yelling "Silence!" and everybody calmed down. The lawyer has revealed that she brought the victim's mother to court and she tries to defend her son, but the prosecuter interrupts, saying "Objection, your honor! She is a victim. It is not appropiate." If the judge overrules it, the mother continues by explaining that her son was protecting her from the abusive man and like the lawyer, pleads with the judge to not send her son to jail.

Good Judge Path[]

Billy apologizes and is confused on why he's here and the judge replies "Remember son, you are under oath." Billy agrees and the judge asks if it's true that he killed the man. The kid laughs, asking if the judge is joking since he's a kid, but the judge explains that "We have strong evidince to prove it." Billy counters that its impossible since he hid the gun well. But the judge presents it to the court and Billy was surprised, saying he hid it very well in his toybox. Feeling bad for the boy, the judge orders him to be let go, much to his joy who promises to not do anything bad next time.

Bad Judge Path[]

Billy apologizes and is confused on why he's here and the judge replies "Look, kiddo. If you lie, you will spend the rest of your life in prison." Billy agrees and the judge asks if he murdered the man, ordering him to speak up. The kid protests he's innocent, but the judge pushes him further, roaring at him "Look, I know you did it, so CONFESS it!" Billy counters that he can't prove it until he has his gun he used to shoot the man. But the judge presents it to the court and Billy was surprised, saying he hid it very well in his toybox. To punish the boy, the judge orders him to be executed/sent to prison. But if the judge chooses to send him to jail instead of executing him right before the guards take him away, Billy tries to plead that he will miss his mom in prison to no avail.

Personality[]

Billy is just a kid. He killed that guy to protect his mother.
~ Billy's Lawyer describing her client to The Judge

His mother being abused by her husband/boyfriend was what made Billy a 'hero' by shooting the man with a revovler. Despite this crime, he is shown to deeply care for his mother, even his lawyer and mother still love him even though he killed someone for the first time in his life. The case also reveals his marksmanship and handling with guns as he used a revolver to stop the man from further abusing his mother.

He is also known to be a very good liar and manipulator, as shown when he challenged the judge by denying of his crime, but he was proved wrong as the revolver was shown to the court as evidince, though Billy still praised the judge for finding it, saying he hid it very well in his toy box.

Apperance[]

Billy is a young kid with sleek blonde hair and fair skin as well as blue eyes. For his attire, he wears a white shirt with sideways black stripes and black pants.
