Billy is a minor antagonist of Season 1 of the 2024 adult animated series Creature Commandos, the first instalment of the DC Universe.
He was a leader of Hub City National Socialists Club, that got killed by G.I. Robot alongside other neo-nazis, leading to arrest of G.I. in Belle Reve.
He was voiced by Derek Phillips, who also Arthur Maxson in Fallout 4, Treavor Pendleton in Dishonored, Randall in The Walking Dead: Michonne, Mark Jefferson in Life is Strange, Reiko in Mortal Kombat 1, and portrayed Bull Wheatley in Them: Covenant.
Biography[]
Billy's past is largely unknown, except that his neo-Nazi views led him to become the leader of the National Socialist Club in Hub City, and possibly founding them.
Sometime in 2005, during a Club meeting, one of the members, Sam Fitzgibbon, introduced him to G.I. Robot, claiming he could help their cause. Billy welcomed the android with joy, believing it would fight with them for their cause. As the meeting began, G.I. Robot noticed a swastika hanging behind Billy, so he stood up and opened fire on Sam, the bullet piercing his head. Billy watched with terror G.I. Robot shoot other members while hiding behind the podium in fear. As G.I. Robot approached him, Billy cowardly begged to be spared before being killed by G.I. Robot.
The Hub City National Socialists Club massacre ultimately led to G.I. Robot’s arrest and imprisonment in Belle Reve, as well as his later recruitment into the Creature Commandos a few years afterward.
Personality[]
Billy, like the members of the Hub City National Socialists Club, holds Nazi beliefs and wants to fight for the "good cause." He was ignorant and arrogant, immediately assuming that G.I. Robot, an android created during World War II specifically to fight the Nazis, would support their movement and help fulfill their goals, and sees this as an opportunity. In the end, he acted cowardly before his death, begging G.I. Robot for mercy before being shot.
