Billy is one of the supporting antagonists of Machete and a minor antagonist of Machete Kills.

He was portrayed by Billy Blair.

Biography

In Machete, he was seen at the beginning of the film, where he, Senator John McLaughlin and Von Jackson were killing Mexican immigrants, he vomited when Von shot a pregnant Mexican mother. He later appeared helping Von interigate Luz on where Machete is, and vomits again, when Von shot Luz's eye out. At the end of the film, he and the vigilantes mistaken Senator McLaughlin for a immigrant and shot him down.

In Machete Kills, he was seen relaxing with his friends, when El Cameleón appeared asking him where Machete is, he mistakens him as a double immigrant, having (presumely) shot him down.
