Billy Blob Bile is a minor antagonist from the TV series, Ozzy and Drix, who appeared as the main antagonist from the episode, Nature Calls.

Billy Blob Bile is stating a Hotel Business in Hector's Appendix. He lets Ozzy, Drix and Maria work inside. Hector is having a stomachache, because he has appendicitis, since in the hotel in the appendix, the bacteria are thriving there. Ozzy later went in and dance and go out, so that all the bacteria will follow him and it work, because of this, the appendix didn’t burst.
