Billy Kester is a villain in the movie The Giant Spider Invasion.
He was portrayed by Paul Bentzen.
The town jeweler, Cousin Billy is the cousin of local farmer Dan Kester. He is about as perverted, corrupt and disgusting as his cousin. Aside from his job running the "local rock shop" he spends his days fantasizing about Terry, Dan's much younger sister-in-law. When Dan informs Billy that he can't control Terry anymore, Billy disgustingly says she needs hands like his. One day Dan brings a diamond to his shop, Billy tells him that the rock is essentially worthless. Dan becomes suspicious when Billy inquires as to where he found the diamond, and refuses to tell Billy where he found the diamond.
Billy later stops by the Kester farm and finds Terry there by herself. He attempted to proposition the much younger Terry, who shoves him away and tells him to go take a cold shower.
Cousin Billy died when the car he was driving was attacked by a group of spiders, causing him to collide with a gas station. Unable to escape in time, he died when the station exploded.
