William "Billy" Pace is a supporting antagonist from the American political thriller series Paradise.
He is portrayed by Jon Beavers, who also played Junior Sykes from Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 1, and by Beau McConnell as a teenager.
Biography[]
Billy had a troubled life growing up. As a teenager, he lived with an abusive uncle who forced him to toughen up as a hunter. One day, the uncle forces Billy to kill his dog. It was at that moment when Billy finally had enough and, in a fit of panicked rage, shot and killed his uncle. Billy was convicted of murder and spent the rest of his childhood in juvenile detention, where he began to grow tougher and more bitter. When he is released, he is recruited by a special military consisting of others like him, where he is trained as a mercenary. Eventually, he rises through the ranks and earns a position as a government agent, alongside other top Secret Service members, such as Xavier Collins. He also develops a romantic relationship with fellow agent Jane Driscoll, and even forms a strong bond with Collins' children, who call him Uncle Billy.
