Billy Willy (real name William Willoughby in the past) is the main antagonist of the 2023 animated film Super Wings: Maximum Speed, in which he captured many influencers in his goal to send them to space. He encountered Jett and Fei, but finds them ridiculous when they try to stop him, and later faced their team, the Super Wings at New York in Times Square.
He was voiced by Lee Hyun in the original Korean release.
Physical Appearance[]
Billy Willy is a tall adult with blue eyes and red/purple short hair. He mainly wears a purple and black costume and possesses many gadgets and other weapons. Billy Willy has dark circles under his eyes, meaning he doesn't sleep much. His costume has his initials colored in purple.
Personality[]
Billy Willy is at first glance, a very eccentric man; he also loves talking about toys and how he likes playing with them. He feels both disgust and repulsion about the influencers and the way they drag this to toys and related things, and to stop that, he decided to capture them all inside giant balls and later send them to space. Billy Willy is also not impressed when he sees the Super Wings trying to stop him in his plans, as he mostly mocks them by giving them the name "Chicken Wings".
Biography[]
William Willloughby was, before getting consumed by rage due to the influencers, very dedicated to making kids happy with the many toys he created in his factory. When their attention got more into the influencers, they stopped taking the toys, and with a burst of rage, he changed his name to Billy Willy.
