Billy the Clown (possessed by Ashley Parks) is a major tool in Felix Kranken's plan within The Walten Files, and the secondary antagonist of the non-canon episodes The Mysterious House and Boozoo's Ghosts.

He is shrouded in mystery in both animatronic and cartoonish portrayals. He is not part of The Showstoppers, and was the only animatronic never shown by Bunny Smiles Incorporated themselves. He is possessed by a victim of Bon. Inside lies an innocent technician who had no idea what she was getting into, now just quietly watching the events unfold, barely able to show her story.
