Bird Brain is one of the three main antagonists (alongside Snaptrap and The Chameleon) of the Nickelodeon TV show T.U.F.F. Puppy.
He is an anthropomorphic Blue-Footed Boobie mad scientist who can't fly and the leader of his own gang.
He is voiced by Rob Paulsen.
Origin[]
Not much is said about Bird Brain's past, except he lost his hair as a child due to stress. It is also implied that he was a student at Blue Bottom Elementary.
At some point, he decides to become a criminal mastermind.
Personality[]
Unlike most other villains, Bird Brain is more mature, intelligent, and ruthless.
He easily gets annoyed by his henchmen who are complete brainless idiots.
