Bishop Jyamato are stronger forms of Jyamato who serve as bosses for some stages of the Desire Grand Prix and antagonists in Kamen Rider Geats. Like Rook Jyamato, they often command lesser Pawn Jyamato.

History

A special variant of the Bishop Jyamato called the "Kakurenbo Jyamato" served as the main foe of the "Musical Chairs" round of the Desire Grand Prix. Disguised as a little girl in a red hat, the Kakurenbo Jyamato had the special power to revert the transformations of DGP Riders and cause them to drop their equipment. The purpose of the round was for the Riders to find the Kakurenbo Jyamato and eliminate it while also competing against one another for a limited number of Desire Drivers.

In the following season of the Desire Grand Prix, another special variant of the Bishop Jyamato called the "Bakudanma Jyamato" served as the boss of the "Timebomb" round. The Bakudanma Jyamato led a group of deliverymen Jyamato in sending bombs disguised as fruit to people, which would go off by sunset if the Jyamato carrying them were not eliminated.

After Beroba hijacked the Desire Grand Prix and converted it into the Jyamato Grand Prix, a Bishop Jyamato was one of the Jyamato who made it past the preliminary round and onto the actual game.
