Black Despar is a Robot Fighter of the Despar Army and an antagonist in episode 22 of Inazuman Flash.
He was originally Colt Casilla, the brother of Interpol investigator Jun Shiratori, until he was converted into a Robot Fighter by Despar.
He is voiced by the late Motomu Kiyokawa, who previously voiced Machine Gun Despar in the same series and also voiced Dr. Mikamura in Mobile Fighter G Gundam. His human identity is portrayed by Osamu Watanabe.
Biography[]
Colt Casilla was converted into Black Despar by the Despar Army for the purpose of killing Goro. After a brainwashed Interpol agent with ties to Jun attempted to assassinate Goro and Makoto, the pair visited Jun and her brother. Soon after they arrived, Colt revealed himself as Black Despar and battled Goro while the latter was still untransformed. Before Goro could transform, Black Despar attempted to shoot him with his pistol, but Makoto sniped the pistol out of his hand with his rifle. Disarmed and caught off guard, Black Despar retreated.
Upon his return to the Despar headquarters, Black Despar was whipped by Sadespar for his failure to kill Goro. Sadespar attempted to execute Black Despar but was stopped by Führer Geisel after the other brainwashed Interpol assassins walked into the room, deciding to give Black Despar one more chance.

Colt would later confront Goro and Makoto while the two were meeting with Jun at a pier. To the pair's surprise, Jun turned on them and aimed her pistol at them, siding with her brother so she wouldn't have to fight him. Goro then attempted to disarm Jun, but as the two were struggling Colt attempted to shoot Goro but hit his sister by mistake. While Makoto treated the injured Jun, Goro became Sanagiman to fight Colt, who transformed into Black Despar to fight him once again. After Goro became Inazuman, he sent Black Despar flying with a Denriki Kick before zapping him with lightning from his Zeber, causing Black Despar to fall into the water before exploding.
