~ Black Mask
Roman Sionis, otherwise known as Black Mask, is a minor antagonist in the 2019 animated film Batman: Bad Blood. He was also mentioned in the 2018 animated film Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay. He is a ruthless crime lord who's on a turf war with the Heretic.
In the opening sequence, a man named Charles "Chuckie" Sol who's in Black Mask's gang was kidnapped at gunpoint by masked men earlier. It was suspicion that Sol was a victim in the recent turf war, raging between Black Mask's mob and the new rival gang.
Somewhere at the docks, Black Mask is seen carrying out an arms deal to the Heretic, a clone of Damian Wayne, son of Batman and Talia al Ghul, as he and his crew are in a gang war with Heretic.
However, Dick Grayson confronted Black Mask while disguised as Batman. Black Mask uses the grenade launcher and his men started to shoot at Dick, who takes out all the goons. While Black Mask reloads the grenade launcher, Dick kicks to the ground and hits the car. Black Mask tells Dick that he bet 50 grand that he was dead around this time. Dick Tell Black Mask that he lost, who just laughs and responded, "Always bet on black". But more of Black Mask's goons appear and shot at Dick. While escaping Black Mask grabs the grenade launcher, Robin throws his sai into Black Mask's launcher and explosives, scorched his face. Reeling in agony, he ordered his men to kill Robin. It unknown what happened to Black Mask afterward.
