The Black Satan Henchmen are the secondary antagonists of 3 From Hell. They are members of the Black Satans gang, and are led by Aquarius, who is the son of the Unholy Two gang member Rondo.
Biography[]
After the death of Aquarius's father Rondo at the hands of Otis B. Driftwood, and when Carlos Perro recognizes Otis, Baby Firefly, and Foxy Coltrane who are at his place, he alerts Aquarius to their location. When the Black Satan henchmen and their boss Aquarius arrive, they start hunting for Otis, Baby, and Foxy and as well kill the three prostitutes, Juanita, Princesa, and Bella in the process.
In the ensuing battle, many of the henchmen are killed by Otis, Baby, and Foxy. The remaining henchmen and their boss Aquarius manage to capture Foxy and Baby, then has them draw Otis out into the open. Otis squares off against one of the henchmen in a machete fight while Sebastian silently frees both Baby and Foxy, but is shot and killed in the process.
This enrages their boss Aquarius, distracting one of the henchmen in the machete fight and allowing Otis to gain the upper hand. After Otis, Baby, and Foxy kill the remaining henchmen, they manage to overpower their boss Aquarius and burn him to death inside one of the coffins he had brought with him to bury Otis, Baby, and Foxy inside of.

- The Black Satan henchman that had a machete duel with Otis, credited as "Creep", was portrayed by Matt Willig, who also portrayed Little Chino from Dexter, The Terror from Keep Watching, One-Eye in We're the Millers, and Lash in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..
