Black Satan Soldiers are the black clad, owl-like soldiers of Black Satan and minor antagonists in Kamen Rider Stronger. They are mechanized soldiers manufactured by Black Satan to serve as their agents and enforcers. They possess the ability to transform into the parasitic Satan Bugs, making them capable of possessing others to turn them into Kikkaijin.
There also exists a class of Black Satan Soldiers who are scientists, wearing white labcoats over their regular uniforms.

The Black Satan Soldiers appear as soldiers of Black Satan and common foes of Kamen Rider Stronger throughout the series. They were not seen after Stronger defeated the Great Boss of Black Satan, likely due to the Black Satan organization's dissolution.
