Blacktron are the overarching antagonists of the LEGO Space toyline and most of its subthemes. They are a villainous group of astronauts who operate in at least seven galaxies and specialize in assaulting other denizens of the universe and stealing their technology. They often engage in fights with other factions, including Space Police and Unitron.
First LEGO sets including Blacktron forces were released in 1987. Even decades after the theme was discontinued, the group holds influence and is referenced in media.
Overview[]
Blacktron are an army of black-clad astronauts, heavily armed and powerful. They traverse the galaxies, often attacking other factions, such as Futuron and M-Tron, for the sake of stealing their technology, usually to sell if off to someone else. The civilian faction are protected from Blacktron by other armed astronauts, such as Space Police and Unitron. It's implied that Blacktron determine where to strike by intercepting other astronauts' messages.
Blacktron's vehicles, both space-faring and ground-based, and residential structures use a black-and-yellow color scheme. The first Blacktron iteration dressed their soldiers in fully-black spacesuits with opaque visors, while the Future Generation astronauts wear a mix of black and white, with the organization's new logo on the torso.

LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed[]
Two Blacktron Astronauts, Dwayne and Quincy, are the main characters of the Early Adopters brickpace event. The event involves them getting their pre-order from Brick Buy back after Princess Storm stole it on behalf of Crown King Brutus.
