Blinky is a an antagonist in Nightmare World, being the main antagonist of the episode "Watcher World". He is one of Wiggly's brother.
He was voiced by James Tolbert.
Biography[]
When Alice litters in Blinky's amusement park, Blinky approaches the woman to ask her to clean it up, merely pleased by her attempting to flash him to distract him. As Bill and Alice, still in the amusement park, he also tries to have Sniggles who work for him in a musical show and Bill and Alice argue, Blinky controls Bill's mind, trying to get him to kill his daughter.
As Bill was about to kill Alice, he then realized what's going on that he was being controlled, as the reflection of people who were working as slave for Blinky appear in other mirrors and try to convince Bill to kill Alice one more time with their eyes glowing purple. However, Bill refuses which make them mad as they realize that Blinky lost control of him and attempt to kill Bill. Despite this, Alice manages to shoot Blinky dead, ending his reign of terror and reinstating the love between father and daughter.
