PE Proposal - Beadle Bamford from Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
Well, been a while since I've made my last proposal, so I figured I'd try to get back in the game with a candidate that had been overlooked for a while from a film I love that has one of Johnny Depp's best performances imo, the character in question being one of the most vile characters in the story, Beadle Bamford.

- 3 Heinous Standard
- 4 Mitigating Factors

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street is a musical that has been done a few times in musical theatres before eventually getting its own movie adaptation in 2007. It tells the tragic tale of how a barber, going by the name of Sweeney Todd (though his real name is Benjamin Barker and Todd is just to protect his real ident…
PE Proposal: Enver Gortash & The Absolute from Baldur's Gate III
Hello, everyone! And welcome to another D&D PE proposal. This time, it regards two main villains of the third Baldur's Gate game besides the devil Raphael. These two are ultimately just as responsible for all of the atrocities that are committed throughout the entire game, with one main villain ultimately being revealed as the true mastermind and the overall final boss of the entire game.
So without further adou, ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce: Lord Enver Gortash and The Absolute.

Pure Evil Proposal - Doctor Doom (Fantastic Four 1994)
So hey it has been a while since I did a proposal here. I have a somewhat interesting one that was suggested to me, and I thought I might as well do it.
- 1 What's The Work
- 2 Who Is He And What Has He Done
- 3 Redeeming Qualities/Mitigating Factors
- 4 Heinous Standard
- 5 Conclusion
The Fantastic Four is a 1994 movie based on, well, what else but the Fantastic Four franchise from Marvel. This film wasn't ever officially released, even though it was fully completed; I think it was due to rights issues. However, the film did end up circulating online and is possible to fully view.
Doctor Doom is, well, of course, Doctor Doom, an adaptation of the main archenemy of the Fantastic Four, though this one is portrayed somewhat differently from his canon version. In the…
PE Proposal: Thordak
would be envious.]]
Having recently caught up on S3 of the show, I feel informed enough to make this big proposal with confidence.
As far as animated adaptations go, The Legend of Vox Machina is up there with the Netflix Castlevania series as one of the more successful and entertaining adaptations we've gotten. We've got a colorful cast, beautiful animation, a good balance of comedy and drama, awesome fight scenes, and some engaging character development. I'm looking forward to the 4th season.
I've been chatting with my trusted ally Tripp Everett, and with their blessing I have permission to propose one of the most epic villains the show has given us. Voiced by the late Lance Reddick in one of his last and most breathtaking performances ever, all…
PE Proposal: Knull (Sony's Spider-Man Universe)
2 weeks has passed and honestly, I wasn't really that amped to do this discussion at first due to my mixed view on a particular candidate that has become well-known as Marvel's greatest multiversal threats, only to be another victim of Malekith Syndrome (And I'm referring to the MCU one's infamy for anyone knowing what the hell I'm talking about). However, it took small-time talk from a friend of mine or two more that with the screentime given, albeit one akin to the trailer first shown, painfully ironic as it looks, he has enough dialogue to showcase a bit of fleshed-out personality.
Of course, I'm talking about Knull, the creator of the Symbiotes and widely just as beloved and feared by all more so than Thanos could ever try climbing that…
PE Proposal: Dennis Rader
WARNING: THIS PROPOSAL CONTAINS POTENTIALLY DISTURBING DETAILS

- 2 Who is he? What has he done?
- 3 Heinous Standard
- 4 Mitigating Factors
Mindhunter is a Netflix original series which ran for two seasons before being screwed over cancelled in 2023. It follows the development of criminal profiling in the late 1970s and early 1980s, as Special Agents Holden Ford and Bill Tench (fictionalized versions of real-life FBI legends John Douglas and Robert Ressler) interview serial killers around the United States in order to gain insight into the mind of a killer and, with any luck, find a way to apply that insight to catching more killers.
Unfortunately, there’s a flaw in their methodology. No matter how much they try to cover all bases, at the …
Pure Evil Proposal: Dreameater from I Frog-ot
Finally got whitelisted, and I'm very thankful! So, because I just started with proposing here, I decided to start off with a nice and easy proposal. If only there was a nice and easy candidate who obviously had zero mitigating factors... oh look, a frog!
- 1 What's the work?
- 2 What is it?
- 3 What has it done?
- 4 Mitigating factors
- 5 Heinous standards
- 6 Verdict?
I Frog-ot is a fun and short little indie horror game where a wizard named Diego miscasts a spell and turns himself into a frog, haha! ...Wait, indie horror? What could be scary about that?
Dreameater is "Diego", who wasn't turned into a frog because of a miscast spell at all. Rather, he lured the protagonist into a hallucination where it seemed like it was a frog, due to how it altered the perception…
Pure Evil Proposal: Mr. Hyde from Van Helsing (2004)
So I decided to propose one of my favorite incarnations of the classic horror villain, Mr. Hyde, specifically from the 2004 film, Van Helsing. Now 2 years ago I proposed this character, but like many of my old proposals, I'm not very pleased with how I did the Heinous Standards section. So I'm basically gonna copy and paste from my proposal from my old account and edit some stuff.
- 1 What is the Work?
- 2 Who is Mr. Hyde? What He Done?
- 3 Miltigating Factors? Tragic Excuse?
- 4 Heinous Standard?
- 5 Conclusion?
Van Helsing is a stupid but still incredibly fun monster mash action movie starring Hugh Jackman as the titular Van Helsing as he battles Count Dracula to bring his children to life so they may feast upon the earth. Prior to taking down Dracula, he foug…
PE Proposal: Alicia Lohmeyer
This is for Alicia Lohmeyer from Code Geass whose page I've just created. Like Luciano she's not a major character but still seems singularly vile enough to count.
- 1 The work?
- 2 Who is she? What has she done?
- 3 Redeeming traits?
- 4 Heinous standard?
- 5 Verdict?
Code Geass is a 2006 anime by Sunrise focusing on Lelouch vi Britannia, an exiled prince who acquires the power of Geass and starts a revolution against the corrupt and racist Britannian empire.
She's a corrupt Britannian politician who is appointed to be Nunnally's aide upon her becoming the new Viceroy of Area 11. This turns out to be a less than ideal appointment since she's an open racist who despises both Nunnally due to her compassion for the Japanese (called "Elevens" by the Britannians) and …
PE Proposal: Brainiac (Superman: Unbound)
Hi! So, I am back with my fourth proposal now, and I have another one for you and this one was bound to happen. Since my Nekron proposal originated from DC comics, this would probably be my second DC proposal, thankfully I don’t have to compare this one to other DC comic villains because it is a movie original. Honestly, I wanted to do the villain from My Adventures with Superman, but someone already beat me to the punch (Oh well). Thankfully, I knew about another one that is a definite qualifier and another one of my own creations. So, let the trial begin for Brainiac!

Squidward Tentacles Villain Proposal
Squidward Tentacles is one of the main protagonists of SpongeBob SquarePants.
SpongeBob SquarePants is an American-animated comedy that aired on Nickelodeon, NickToons, TeenNick, and MTV 2. The show is known for having villains such as Mr. Krabs and Plankton.
- In "I Was a Teenage Gary", he neglected to feed Gary and starved him. He later accidentally poisoned SpongeBob with the snail plasma and turned into a snail as of a result.
- In "Fools in April", he pulled a severely dangerous prank on SpongeBob that left him physically and emotionally injured for the extremely petty reason of pulling harmless pranks on him.

PE Proposal: Connor Dwight aka Lines from Stan Frederick
Welp Welp, I know that Halloween has already end, but as I said, I still have some spooky candidates to go. And yep, we are back with more slenderverse candidates, this time, not being an entity, but a person...somewhat...you will understand soon,
- 1 What's The Work?
- 2 Who is him? What Has He Done?

PE Proposal: Underminer (The Incredibles: Rise of Underminer)
So, welcome to my 6th proposal, and today, I am proposing someone... That's a very interesting case of Adaptational Villainy.
- 1 What's The Work?
- 2 Who is this version of Underminer and what has he done?
- 3 Mitigating Factors?
- 4 Heinous Standard
- 5 Verdict
The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer is a video game developed by Heavy Iron Studios and published by THQ (who were the guys who published any SpongeBob games; oh yeah and the japanese version of Rise of Underminer was published by Sega lol), the plot of it revolves around that it picked off where the first film had ended, and Mr. Incredible and Frozone have to stop the Underminer from conquering the world.
Well this version of Underminer is the main antagonist of the game. It takes place where the first…
PE Proposal: Belzebuth (Shingeki no Bahamut)
Here is my second and, at the moment, last proposal for the anime series of Shingeki no Bahamut. After recently proposing the main antagonist of the franchise Gilles de Rais, a personal favorite of mine, I think it is fair for my next candidate to be the secondary antagonist of the franchise. This one might not be as straight forward as my previous two proposals, mainly because Gilles puts the heinous standards at such a high level that the argument for Belzebuth might be a bit more complex, but overall I would say he have a shot at qualifying just like his "ally".
But before starting, as always, I would like to make a couple of notes. First of all, just like with Gilles' proposal, I will use the japanese version, and as such I will call hi…

PE Proposal: Derica Mueller and Artus Greenhand
Happy Hammyween, folks!
October 31st is that one time of the year where absolutely spooky sh-t haunts you for the rest of the evening night and at best, it's where all the halloween-themed waifus come crawling about. Oh, and there's candy to get even more pumped about, I'm talking the king-sized chocolate bars like Milky Way (Mars) or between them Crunch bar and the beloved Butterfinger from Nestle. Yeah... I have no clue why I'm trying to be all optimistic 'bout that time for horrors.

Monsters: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation is an action/adventure short film that is based off of the manga of the same name written by Eiichiro Oda. PE Proposal: The Red Demon (Army of Darkness)
So, it's been a while since I last did a Proposal, but don't worry, I haven't been slacking. I been binging certain media for new proposals, and I have a few cooking, such as Paulie Franchetti (the video game version for now), Keisuke Komatsubara (AKA one of anime's worst fathers) and Russell Barnes (for a villain from a gender-bending webcomic, he's surprisingly vile).
For now though, as the spooky season is nearly upon us, originally, myself and a friend was planning on doing a collab proposal for Mr. Crocket, the main antagonist of the wonderfully charming that came out earlier this month on Disney+, but after watching the movie, it became clear that Crocket had issues that meant he couldn't qualify as Pure Evil. So, as a backup, I figure…
PE Proposal: Celenike Icecolle Yggdmillennia

PE Proposal: The Infant & Hakudōshi from InuYasha
Hello everyone. Welcome again to another PE proposal. And this time, I'm choosing two villains who I'm very surprised that no one had proposed yet. Because seriously, they are without a doubt one of the worst and vile villains in the series, besides their master.
And good grief, this took me quite a while too. I had to do every possible research possible and re-watch/read the series over again (still love it by the way) to go through each and every single thing they have done. And boy, as tiring as it was, this was worth it.

Pure Evil Proposal: Shere Khan from The Jungle Book (2016)
Ok everyone, I know this may come off as controversial and may even seem like a wasted effort, but dammit...I'm gonna try. I feel like this character has been rejected too many times in an unfair way, and I feel he deserves more discussion. I give you none other than Shere Khan from the 2016 film, The Jungle Book, as well as its novelization, The Strength of the Wolf is the Pack. PE Proposal: Asmodeus from The Pope's Exorcist
As my third spooky villain, we have a demon, but not from Spawn, but from a horror movie (although this one didn't get me to loose my sanity like the Spawn movie), so yeah, I do not have anything to say here...besides that I didn't actually planned to propose this character, as just in the day that I proposed the last candidate, I watched this movie...so I had to take this opportunity. Let's start with this short proposal.

PE Removal Proposal: Robotnik from Sonic Adventures
Now that I'm finally making PE removals as well, time to get this candidate off my back at last. Before I proceed, thanks to Jester of chaos for giving me permission.
Sonic Adventures is a relatively obscure French comic about the Blue Blur. In it, Sonic and Tails fight Robotnik for control over Mobius, you know, nothing new, until they stumble across a remnant of an ancient Echidna civilization, and it only gets better…Robotnik is the big bad of course.
Let’s break it down. Now, what were the arguments in favour of the Eggster counting?
- “He doesn't just dominate a huge chunk of the world but he has laid much of it to waste, leaving it in ruin, destroying all life present and converting it into robots, to the point where Sonic and Tails are su…

PE Proposal: Tsuneo Iwami from Yakuza 6: The Song of Life
Hello everyone! And welcome again to another PE proposal regarding Sega’s Like a Dragon franchise.
For this proposal, we are diving into a villain who may be one of the nastiest and hateable bastards in all of the LAD franchise, which is saying something when we have bastards like Sohei Dojima (a serial rapist and mass murderer) and Isao Katsuragi (a slimy and manipulative power-hungry coward). And when I say hateable, trust me, I mean very HATEABLE.
So without further adou, ladies and gentlemen: Meet Tsuneo Iwami, AKA Little Baby Iwami.
