The Blood Wheel Low Ninjas are the low-level ninja soldiers of the Blood Wheel Clan and antagonists in Henshin Ninja Arashi. They serve the Incarnation Ninjas in their endeavors to terrorize villages or battle the ninjas of the Iga Ninja Clan.
History[]
A number of low-level ninjas accompanied Gaikotsumaru and Poison Moray Eel when they attacked a village to test out Poison Moray Eel's venomous acid on a group of villagers. They were then attacked by Hayate and his father, Kiju of the Valley, who objected to the Blood Wheel Clan's senseless murder of civilians.
The Blood Wheel ninjas later assisted the Incarnation Ninja Mashira in his plan to kidnap villagers to use as slave labor to build a new Skull Lair for the Blood Wheel Clan. A group of low-level ninjas attacked Tatsumaki of Nabari and his family and kidnapped them to use as hostages against Arashi. However, after defeating Mashira, Hayate was able to figure out their location and free them.
