Blue is one of the six different Rainbow Friends appearing in the Roblox horror game with the same name, serving as well as the secondary antagonist of said game.
He was originally a mascot for an old company from the 1990s, until it was abandoned for unknown reasons. Blue eventually became feral and now roams around the facility as a mindless creature, serving as one of the primary henchmen of the Scientist, and attacking anyone he sees.
Appearance[]
Blue is a large, blue, humanoid monster with a yellow crown on his head. He always appears to be drooling and he has only one black eye, with the other one being replaced by a button (although a picture shows that he used to have both eyes). He's also a hunchback, although in the past he seemingly wasn't one.
Personality[]
Out of all the Rainbow Friends, Blue appears to be the least intelligent of the friends, being easily fooled by the boxes even when the player below them is moving (although he will not be fooled if he sees them hiding). Judging by a sign, Blue seems to like eating. He also doesn't seem to like being woken up.
While a murderous being, Blue seemingly wasn't always like this, which seems to be proven by him having been friends with someone in the past.
Biography[]
Chapter 1: The Facility[]
Blue becomes a threat starting from the first night onward. He wanders around the facility and is very easy to trick or outrun. He also appears as the sole final threat near the end of the chapter, sleeping on a stage: the players must avoid stepping on the balloons on the floor to make sure to not wake him up; however, at the end of the room, a balloon falls on a fork, popping up and waking up Blue, who chases the players inside the vents before being stopped by the hatch falling on him, making him retreat.
Chapter 2: Odd World[]
The players are seen running towards the Technician at Odd World and tries to tell them that they are running from monsters. However, he doesn't believe them, thinking its their imagination. Later, the Scientist releases Blue with Green to stop the players from escaping Odd World. After the players activate the SOS Light, the technician comes back to see Blue walking nearby, frightened when the former managed to somehow recognize him. Blue then occasionally would wander around Odd World looking for and killing players. In the Finale, he is one of the Rainbow Friends that attempts to kill the remaining players if they go the wrong path on the cart ride.
In a post-credits scene, Blue is seen sleeping on his throne in his castle. The Scientist can be heard searching for him, saying they're gonna be late for something.

- Originally, Blue wasn't supposed to walk like a hunchback and was supposed to walk upwards. However, this was changed.
- Blue's chase sequence in the finale was way different than in the final game. He would've immediately rushed after the player while nearly tripping before climbing up the ramp through the vent. However, this was scrapped entirely and it was just changed to a slower chase, where Blue crawls through the vent slowly.
- As seen on the cutout of Blue, he originally didn't have a button eye. It is currently unknown how he got it.
- In fact, there is also a portrait of Blue titled "Blue's First Friend" in 1991, which showed Blue with two eyes.
- Blue, along with Huggy Wuggy, Opila Bird, and Jumbo Josh appeared in a controversial tweet by the Euphoric Brothers (the developers of Garten of Banban) that's supposed to be a recreation of the "first time?" meme.[2]
- It is revealed in Odd World that he is a well-known mascot throughout the park, as there are many rides, most notably the Ferris-Wheel, that are themed after him and the other Friends.
- In Hour 1, a SOS Light that the players must use is intentionally shaped like Blue.
