Blue Bowman is a major antagonist in the season one episode "Deep Cover Batman!" in Batman: The Brave and the Bold. He is a member of the Injustice Syndicate and an alternate reality version of Green Arrow.
Biography[]
For a long time, Blue Bowman served in the Injustice League to commit crime and terrorism across the globe. He would work alongside Owlman, Silver Cyclone, and Scarlet Scarab to spread terrorism and fight against the world superheroes. The Injustice League was successful in defeating the world's superheroes and imprisoning them but had a hard time fighting against Red Hood.
Blue Bowman, Scarlet Scarab, Silver Cyclone, and Owlman each fought against Red Hood to retrieve the Phase Oscillator but the latter escaped. With the Phase Oscillator, Owlman made it to Batman's world to test to see if that world would be easy to conquer. However, unbeknownst to them, Batman returned to their world pretending to be Owlman. Batman lied to Blue Bowman, Scarlet Scarab, and Silver Cyclone about the danger level of his own world to which Blue Bowman and the other supervillains decided to go with plan B to destroy the world with Silver Cyclone's weapon.
Blue Bowman and the other members of the Injustice League went to look for Prometheum-90 to use as the power source for Silver Cyclone's weapon of mass destruction. While infiltrating the facility, they encounter the Promethium-90 but Red Hood appears. They fight Red Hood until Batman stage a defeat of Red Hood to hand over to the Injustice Syndicate. The Injustice League manages to get the Promethium-90 and returns to their base. While back at their base, Blue Bowman wonders if Owlman was okay but the latter punched him across the face and told him he was fine. Blue Bowman tells Dyna-Mite to keep an eye on Owlman for his unusual behavior. After Owlman was exposed to be Batman by Dyna-Mite and tried to escape, Blue Bowman and Scarlet Scarab encounter and fight Batman to which they were defeated. Blue Bowman and Scarlet Scarab regroups with the other members of the Injustice League to fight against Batman, Red Hood, and all the released superheroes. During the fight, Blue Bowman is defeated and placed in a prison cell. When Silver Cyclone activates the Phase Oscillator bomb, Blue Bowman is excited and tells Silver Cyclone to unleash it on Batman's world to destroy it. However, Silver Cyclone admits that he will use it to kill all organic-life in front of him out of hate for all humans to the shock of Blue Bowman until Red Hood kills Silver Cyclone and deactivates the bomb. Blue Bowman and the rest of the Injustice Syndicate remains detained and in custody of the superheroes after their defeated.
