Bo Gardan is a member of the Alien Hunters serving as right-hand to Sir Cowler and a major antagonist in Choushinsei Flashman.
He was portrayed by Yoshinori Okamoto, who previously portrayed Bio Hunter Silva and Adjutant Booba in the Super Sentai series, and would go on to portray Oyobu and Doctor Ashura.
Biography[]
Bo Gardan arrived on Earth just as Cowler began his rebellion against Reconstructive Experiment Empire Mess over them attempting to feed his Alien Hunters to a Beast Warrior to power it up. While Kerao was eaten, Cowler and Gardan were able to escape with the other three. However, the three were soon abducted again by Mess and mutated into the Beast Warrior The Taffmoss before being destroyed.
Furious at Mess, Gardan assisted Cowler in abducting Dr. Tokimura and forcing him to create a second Gene Synthesizer in order to use against Lah Deus. However, Gardan would end up being captured by Leh Näfel and brought to Mess, where he was mutated into the Beast Warrior The Gardess. Upon being sent out to fight the Flashmen however, Cowler intervened and was able to get The Gardess to resist Mess' influence and return to being Gardan.
The two then stormed the Laboh and seemingly destroyed Lah Deus before returning to face the Flashmen one more time. However, Lie Köpflen then reawakened the Beast Warrior genes he had engineered inside Gardan and mutated him back into The Gardess. After Cowler was slain by Red Flash, The Gardess was finished off by the five Flashmen.
