Bob and Cedric are recurring antagonists in the TV sitcom Seinfeld. They are a pair of flamboyant street thugs who frequently antagonize and terrorize people in order to rob or simply assault them. They are usually seen clashing with Cosmo Kramer.
Bob was played by Yul Vasquez, who also played Chillie in Fresh and Armando Mendez in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories while Cedric was played the late John Paragon
History[]
When we first Bob and Cedric, they are attempting to steal an armoire from Kramer in the "Soup Nazi" episode, who was guarding it for Elaine as she couldn't move it into her apartment. When Kramer confronts the two, they threaten him and take off with it. Later on in the same episode, Jerry and Kramer see the two and attempt to engage in a conversation with Bob and Cedric, but the two frighten them off. They are next seen in "The Sponge" episode, where they are walking against A.I.D.S., where they and the rest of the walkers confront and beat up Kramer for not wearing a ribbon. They last appeared in "The Puerto Rican Day" episode, where they confront Kramer for accidentally burning a Puerto Rican flag (Kramer was attempting to extinguish a fire) and in an unrelated act, Bob and Cedric trash Jerry's car.
