Bob the Plax is a minor antagonist in Sonic the Comic Online!, the webcomic continuation of Sonic the Comic comic book series. He is the last known surviving Plax, and the only member of the species not belonging to the group's hive mind. Starting off as an inept League of Super-Evil Villains member, he eventually managed to go straight, becoming a hero and joining the Cybernix.

Past[]
Bob was one of the Plax, extremely xenophobic artificial life forms. For unclear reasons, he wasn't a part of the Plax's hive mind, leading to his peers exiling him. This, however, allowed Bob to survive Robotnik's extermination of the Plax, though he remained unaware of his peers' demise.
Sonic the Comic Online![]
Eventually, Bob joined the League of Super-Evil Villains. He was constantly pushed around by his teammates, who threatened to rat him out to the rest of the Plax. When the League attempted to rob the bank, Bob fired Tyson Dense's oil gun at the frozen safe door, causing an explosion. He was eventually apprehended by the police and arrested.
Bob remained part of the League for some time, until quitting it under unknown circustances. He later turned up as a member of Shortfuse's new team, the Cybernix, fighting the New Robotnik Empire's forces.
Alternate timeline[]
In the since-erased timeline in which Iblis destroyed Mobius, Bob the Plax was, according to Commander Steele, one of the heroes Amy Rose assembled under her command.
Personality[]
Quite unlike his bloodthirsty and xenophobic peers, Bob is a nervous, indecivise person, easily manipulated by worse villains. He, however, has the strength and willpower to abandon villainy and start fighting on the side of good, overcoming his cowardliness.
