Gunther: I know what you did, Dad. You killed them.. You killed all of them.. You just chopped up that woman from my dream.

Bobby: And now I'm gonna kill you. Because this is all your fault, you worthless.. LITTLE SH*T!
Gunther: No.. No. You're not gonna kill me.
Bobby: (Mocks Gunther) I'm not gonna kill you?
Gunther: No. I just dreamed everything that happens next. I know how this ends. The dream is playing on this camera right now. (Points at the camera on the table)

Biography[]

The First Murder[]

In the Dreamkill segment, It begins with a POV shot of the killer inside his car, arriving to a house to kill his first victim. As he walks towards the door and uses a lockpick to open the door, a woman named Karen can be heard on the phone with a 911 operator inside the house. The killer walks inside the house and heads towards the kitchen, grabbing an electric meat carver from the kitchen drawers and proceeding to walk towards the stairs. The killer walks inside the bedroom and searches for Karen in the room, but he sees that the phone line is under the bed and he finds Karen under the bed. The Killer grabs Karen from the bed, ties her up on the bed with duct tape and proceeds to slit her throat with the meat carver and slice open her eyes with a straight razor.

VHS 85 Bobbys First Victim

Wayne and Bobby seeing the Corpse of Karen.

The footage then cuts to showing Bobby turning on his camera, as he and the Police has arrived to the house. The lead detective, Wayne Johnson asks Bobby if the door looks familiar and says that the house looks exactly like the house from the tape he was given in the station, last week. As both Wayne and Bobby enter to the bedroom, they see the corpse of Karen on the bed and Wayne comments that the tape was real. Bobby questions Wayne that if the killer must've staged the murder before committing it, since he saw the tape last week and the murder happened a few hours ago, but Wayne checks the lividity and it says that it was somewhere between 1:00 and 3:00 am, matching the 911 call. The footage cuts to a surveillance camera of Wayne's office as he makes a phone call, asking for a postal delivery source and location to the mailbox for the envelope that he was given, containing a tape inside. It cuts to him making another phone call, asking for a hidden surveillance camera to be put for the mailbox, to find whoever sent the envelope to him.

The Second Murder[]

The second footage begins with another POV shot of the killer, arriving to another house to kill his second victim. He unlocks the door to the house and enters in the house, but as he searches for his second victim in the house, he gets attacked by the victim with a curtain rod, but manages to grab the rod and kick the man against the door. The man tackles the killer and begins fighting the killer. The killer throws the man onto the floor and slices the man's fingers off with the same meat carver he used for his first victim. The man continues to try and fight the killer but fails as he gets thrown across the room and then gets thrown onto a glass table. The man is then killed as the killer peels off a piece of his leg, cuts his chest open and pours liquid into the man's mouth.

The footage cuts to Bobby's camera as he, Wayne and the police arrived to the second victim's house. Bobby questions Wayne if the house is the same house as the new videotape that he was given, which Wayne answers that it is and he's seen the tape. As he explains what the killer did in the house, Bobby askes Wayne if he has any theories about it, in which Wayne tells him that he got the tape three days ago and that there's nothing that doesn't involve the killer being a time traveler, as they both walk towards the bedroom and see the corpse of the man on the bed. The footage cuts to the surveillance camera recording the mailbox as a hooded man walks up to the mailbox and places an envelope inside the mailbox, before walking away. The footage rewinds and it cuts to Wayne pausing the footage and makes a phone call and asks that he needs to track down the person that sent the envelope in the mailbox, as the next footage cuts to showing Wayne in the evidence room, looking through papers to find more info on the murders and putting some of the papers inside an envelope to keep.

The Truth of the Murders[]

The footage then shows a Police Cam of a Police Car arriving to the mailbox and the same hooded man arrives to send another envelope to the mailbox. The Officer gets out of his car and catches the man, revealing to be Gunther (The Son of Bobby). Gunther is taken into an interrogation room to be questioned by Wayne and Bobby. Bobby questions Gunther if he was the one who sent the tapes to the station, in which he replies with "I guess so". Wayne asks Gunther why he sent the tapes and he tells them that they saw what were on the tapes. Wayne tells him that the tapes contained two murders before they happened, in which he tells them that he knows and that's why he sent them. Bobby asks Gunther where he got the tapes and he replies saying they were from home. Wayne asks Gunther what are the tapes and Gunther tells them that last year, Bobby bought a new video recorder, which was a VHS recorder and he used the recorder all the time, for late-night movies and shows for him to record. He tells that a few months ago, he started seeing other things on the screen, which at first they were different-colored flashes but after a few weeks, he could see the images and recognized them.

VHS 85 Bobby and Wayne Interrogates Gunther

Wayne and Bobby as they have Gunther in the Interrogation Room.

Wayne askes Gunther where he recognized them, and he tells them that they were from his dreams and the images he saw came true. As Wayne tells Gunther that he doesn't believe any of the things he is saying, Bobby tells Wayne to come outside of the room to talk. As they both exit the room, Bobby tells Wayne that Gunther isn't lying and that he has dreams that they're sometimes prophetic and he's seen it. He explains to Wayne that Gunther will have a dream and later it would come true and that it's something that runs in his family, even explaining that his sister had it and it lead her sister to suicide and Gunther's cousin Gwen has the same problem as Gunther too. Both Bobby and Wayne enter back into the room and Wayne askes Gunther why he didn't give the tapes to Bobby and he replies that he gets mad if he talks about it. Gunther explains that at first, whatever were on the tapes would be things like a score of a Friday-Night football game and then it's when he had his first nightmare, about the murder of the first victim. A woman named Jill enters the room and gives Wayne another envelope, containing a third tape, before leaving the room. Wayne asks Gunther if he knows what's on the tape, in which he replies with "You should just watch it".

The Third Murder and Detective Wayne Johnson's Death[]

The footage shows the camera entering the house of the third victim, as a woman's scream and a power saw is heard in the background. As the camera continues showing around the house, it then goes into a room and the woman's dismembered and decapitated corpse is shown on the floor. The footage rewinds back to the front door of the house and it cuts to surveillance of Wayne and Bobby, viewing the tape. Wayne tells Bobby that he recognizes the address on the door, labeled "4725" and tells Bobby to get his camera kit. As Bobby walks off to get his kit, Wayne grabs the envelope and reads through the papers and holds the papers to the screen, as he then turns his chair to look at where Bobby walked off to as he knows that something is suspicious of Bobby.

The footage cuts to Bobby's camera as both him and Wayne arrive to the house that was shown in the third tape. Bobby asks Wayne if they are supposed to knock on the door to warn the woman in the house, but Wayne tells Bobby to place the camera down so he can ask him some questions before entering the house. As Bobby places the camera down, Wayne asks Bobby if he knows the woman that lives in the house and Bobby replies saying No. Wayne then asks Bobby on why he's lying to him and even tells him if he knew the first victim as he shows the envelope that the papers are copies of the lawsuit that were filed against him and they were found in the first victim's house. He tells Bobby that the two ladies hired an attorney to come after him and tells him that the second victim was the attorney. Wayne also tells Bobby that he lied to him about voluntarily giving up uniform to become a forensic videographer. Wayne asks Bobby why he didn't tell him that he was forced to turn in his badge after the two ladies accused him of stalking and sexual assault, even asking if he got their addresses during the traffic stops. As Wayne tells Bobby that he's giving him a chance to tell him the truth and pleads to tell him it, Bobby shoots Wayne in the head, killing him. Bobby then exits the car and walks towards the house to kill the third victim that Gunther dreamed of.

Bobby's Death[]

VHS 85 Gunther Explaining Camera to Bobby

Gunther as he tells Bobby that the dream is being played on the camera.

The footage then shows Gunther in the interrogation room, sleeping, while cutting to footage of a Police Officer finding the corpse of Wayne Johnson. As footage cuts back to the interrogation room, Gunther wakes up from his sleep and walks towards the camera on the table and views the visor of the camera, learning that it's playing back the dream he was having when he slept. Bobby enters the interrogation room, covered in blood and Gunther tells him that he knows that he killed the first, second and third victims from his dreams. As Bobby tells Gunther that he's going to kill him because of it being his fault, Gunther tells him that he isn't going to kill him because he dreamed everything that happens next and tells him that the dream is being played on the camera. Before Bobby aims a revolver to Gunther, A Police Officer shoots at the room and Bobby exits the room and shoots the officer, killing him. A Detective charges at Bobby and attacks him but Bobby slices his throat with the Meat Carver, while a second detective tries to attack Bobby as well, but gets shot in the jaw. As two more Police Officers enter the station, Bobby grabs a shotgun and shoots both of the officers, killing them.
