Bogdan is a supporting charachter in Grand Theft Auto Online: The Doomsday Heist.

Biography[]
Bogdan, a codename for a Russian hitman and agitator, arrives in San Andreas in 2017 aboard the submarine Ramius after uncovering the threat posed by Avon Hertz and his AI, Cliffford. Initially portrayed as an enemy, Bogdan’s true goal emerges as he seeks to prevent Avon and Cliffford from triggering a nuclear catastrophe.
In Act 1, Avon and Cliffford accuse Bogdan of orchestrating an attack on an IAA facility. By Act 2, his crew kidnaps IAA agent ULP and sabotages Avon’s data, leading to a confrontation with the protagonist. Captured aboard the Ramius, Bogdan reveals he is a Russian defector acting independently to stop Cliffford. However, the AI seizes control of the submarine, forcing the protagonist to escape before its destruction.
In Act 3, Bogdan allies with the protagonist, providing intel on Avon’s plans, such as weapon prototypes and air defenses. Despite his assistance, he is considered both a war criminal in the U.S. and a traitor in Russia. After Avon and Cliffford’s defeat, Bogdan returns to Russia, fully aware of the risks he faces.
