The Bogeyman, is the main antagonist of the issue 15 of the volume 7 of Moon Knight. He is an entity that comes from the closets and under the beds of children, wanting to cause them fear before eating them.
Biography[]
As it is shown in the issue, The Bogeyman has been targetting and attacking multiple children from a town, eating them and killing them brutally, so at one moment, Moon Knight tries to fight him and stop him, only for the Bogeyman to overpower him and leave him very wounded.
As Moon Knight prepares to fight this entity, this one targets a young girl, coming from under her bed, as he tells how much he enjoys causing fear to his victims before eating them, making the girl know that after eating her like she was just a snack, he is going to go to the next hunting ground, as for his killings he caused a lot of families to leave the town. But just in the moment where he was going to eat the girl, Moon Knight appears, saving the girl and shooting the Bogeyman to near death. After stopping it from getting away, Moon Knight gets to listen, how the Bogeyman asks Khonshu of why he forsaken him, which surprises Moon Knight, now knowing the reason of why Khonshu didn't want Moon Knight to get in that fight.
