Wang Bohai (Chinese: 王渤海) is the secondary antagonist in the 2013 first person shooter videogame Battlefield 4.
He was a part of the People's Liberation Army and the Ministry of Public Security, and he led the interrogation against Tombstone Squad members Daniel Recker and Kimble "Irish" Graves. Bohai would be killed by Huang Shuyi, who falsely allied with his agency to prevent Chang Wei from eliminating Jin Jie.
He was voiced by Allen Theosky Rowe.
Biography[]
Background[]
Not much is known about Bohai's background, but he would become an officer in the People's Liberation Army and the Ministry of Public Security. He would become the lead interrogator in the Kunlun Mountains' prison, and would torture prisoners to obtain information.
Battlefield 4[]
Bohai only appears in the level, "Kunlun Mountains", where he aids Chang Wei in an interrogation on two USMC soldiers, Kimble "Irish" Graves and Daniel Recker on the whereabouts and status of Jin Jie. After repeated attempts of torture, Irish unintentionaly gives away the status of Jin Jie, and they subsquentely conclude the interrogation.
After the prison uprising and the escape of Recker and Irish with the help of Russian prisoner Dima, Bohai, Hannah and a Chinese operator managed to apprehend them before they could escape the complex, holding them at gunpoint. However, Hannah turned her gun on the Chinese soldiers, killing Bohai in the process.
