Bone Demon was the main antagonist of the flashback episode Fathers & Sons of the 2003 children television series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
He is a demon that works for the Foot Mystics to bring back the Tengu Shredder.
He was voiced by Sean Schemmel.
Synopsis[]
He first appeared at the Ancient One's home, while being invisible thanks to the amulet made by the Foot Mystic, observing the Ancient One and Master Splinter and the turtles, who arrived from New York in a freight boat to transport Master Yoshi's remains back to Japan. However, the turtle children were able to see through his amulet power. While the turtles were sleeping, he scared them by threaten them to eat their souls.
When the Turtles and Master Splinter and the turtles went their separates ways, the Bone Demon followed the former. The turtles warned Master Splinter about the demon. While Splinter does not see him, he does sense it through smell that they decided to follow the Ancient One to protect him.
After arriving at the Lap of Gods temple, the Bone Demon communicated with the Foot Mystic about his update. The Foot Mystic were pleased with it, but the Bone Demon was concerned about the turtles being able to be immune with the magic amulet. The Foot Mystic dismissed this issue because the turtles were children, and they posed no threat. The Bone Demon reached to the room where the Shredder's gauntlet, helmet, and the sarcophaguses were and planed to bring him back. The Turtles along with Master Splinter and Ancient One, who they still cannot see the Bone Demon, arrived in time to stop him. The Bone Demon transformed and tried to kill Master Splinter and Ancient One. However, the turtles were able to fight back by throwing rocks at the demon with Donatello being able to destroy the amulet. With the Bone Demon visible, Master Splinter and Ancient One were able to finish him off for good.
The Ninja Tribunal arrived to congratulate them for finishing off the demon as they explain the amulet power. Because of the threat that could impose towards the turtles and the Ninja Tribunal, the latter decided to erase the former's memories of the event and send them back home in New York, with Splinter and Ancient One retaining their memories, and the Ancient One gifting the turtles ninja masks.
The fight against the Bone Demon was not brought up until years later, when Master Splinter and Ancient One mentioned the fight after dealing with Tengu Shredder, allowing the turtles to learn about their experience.
