Boris Mikhailov was one of the generals of the Volk serving as the head of recruitment for the immigrants from Europe via human traffic. He was proven to be brutish and cunning. His henchmen are a little interested in their welfare of the human cargo, causing many of the people caught in the cargo to die while the others barely survived. His recruitment is secretly shadowy. He would eliminate ineffective workers; any weaks died or were released at the streets while the strongs survived and advanced.
