In 2012, a stalker named Mechenyj arrived to the Dakr Valley by Barkeep's order to take the documents from X-16. There he met Bullet, a Duty member sent to assassinate Borov with his group, but their attempt failed when they suddenly got ambushed and his crewmates were taking hostage. With the help of Mechenyj, Bullet rescues his comrades and Mechenyj succeeds in entering the bandits' base. At the base, Mechenyj kills Borov and steals the electronic key, from there he goes to the Factory, where the bandits sent by Borov guarding the entrance to X-18. After defeating the guards, Mechenyj enters the lab and takes the documents. Later, the Dark Valley was clean up by the Military, completely destroying the remains of Borov's Gang.
