The Boss Ninja is a minor antagonist in the action anime original series Ninja Kamui. He is a leader of a ninja-hunting clan who targeted Joe Logan's family.
He is voiced by Tomoyuki Shimura in Japanese and Heath Morrow (who also voiced Sasaki in One Piece) in English.
Appearance[]
The Boss Ninja is a tall fearsome pale man in a dark futuristic uniform. Gear and armor cover all his entire body, such as around his jaw to the back of his head, except for his head, unlike his minions. The front of his head is bald and his kinky hair is a blond color tied at the back. His body appears to be mechanically modified, with a red light on his forehead.
Personality[]
The Boss Ninja is utterly ruthless and sadistic, paying no respect to innocent lives he murdered. He enjoyed seeing Logan in frustration when he brutally mutilated Joe's wife in front of him.
Biography[]
The Boss Ninja and his minions target a man in a suit who just of a subway before running fleeing. He soon finds himself in a hallway where he is confronted by a group of individuals that he asks how they knew it was him. The man in a suit engages in a fight against them by dodging and taking down several enemies emerging out of the smoke. He was eventually taken down by their leader who pins him into the ground and beheads him. This murder was soon podcasted on live television.
The Boss Ninja sadistcally stares at Logan as he and his team murder his family.
The next day in the farm of Logan Joe's family, the same group break into the house where they confront the father. Logan gained the upper hand against many of the infiltrators, but was distracted by his the scream of his son and attempted to climb up stair but is stabbed two needles launched at his neck from the back by one of the ninjas who is still alive. Logan crawls up stair despite his injury and to his shock, his wife and son's corpses are at the entrance of his room, with the Boss Ninja sadistically staring at him before brutally mutilating his wife by stabbing her into the neck. Logan tries to resist but is brought down by a stab in the back. The group of infiltrators are informed that officials have already arrived. The Boss Ninja verifies if Logan's blood is still active before leaving, as the police discovers the crime scene.
The Boss Ninja appears again in the hospital that Logan is recovering following the tragic loss of his family. He confronts Logan after the latter took down all of his minions. The Boss Ninja speaks why won't he die. Recalling of the scene he witnessed earlier of the death of his loved ones, Logan berserkly strikes the Boss Ninja with his blade. The Boss Ninja did not last long before he found himself overwhelmed as he is repeatedly stabbed. In his final moments, Logan asks him how he his location and who he was. The Boss Ninja replies that he can change his appearance all his want as he smiles, but it does not matter how he hide, he will be found. Logan reveals his true appearance by deactivating the hologram that was altering his appearance before defeating the Boss Ninja for now.
