History
The Bounty Hunter is a villain for hire. He usually works for the mob and carries out assisnations for them. One time they hired him to kill a rival mob boss. When he tried to do this he fought the two current holders of the H dial Chris King and Vicki Grant. They were able to defeat him and he was arrested.
Equipment
He carries a pistol, machine gun, and sniper rifle. He is an expert sniper and tracker. He also drives a black van.
