Bounty Killer Django is a western-style gunslinger working as a hitman-for-hire and an antagonist in episodes 3 and 4 of Tokusou Robo Janperson. He was one of the four mercenaries employed by the Tatewaki Konzern to hunt down Janperson.
He was portrayed by Kazuo Niibori, who also did suit acting for several other Metal Hero series.
Biography[]
After Janperson thwarted their scheme to steal weapons from a JSDF base, the Tatewaki Konzern employed Django and several other bounty hunters to hunt down Janperson. Django demonstrated his combat prowess to Tatewaki by using his various firearms to destroy a dummy with Janperson faces taped on it.
Afterwards, Django was sent out alongside the Street Fighters and Wind Demon Ninja Doki to take out Janperson. During their first encounter with the robot law enforcer, Django inadvertently killed Zhen Xiao Guang of the Street Fighters when he fired his mini-bazooka at Janperson but showed no remorse for it.
He later attempted to kill Janperson again following Zhen Da Guang's failed attempt to do so. He was defeated by Janperson, but attempted a suicide bombing to finish the robot off, only for Janperson to survive.
