Breakneck is a minor antagonist from the TV series, Turbo: F.A.S.T., who first appeared in Ace of Race.
He is voiced by Mark Hamill.

Breakneck appeared in that segment as a minor character. It was revealed that he was working for Ace Gecko.
Breakneck's Back[]
Breakneck was revealed to be the mentor of Whiplash. In the game that involves throwing tomatoes, Breakneck cheated by replacing a tomato with a red rubber ball with leaves on top. He got disqualified and Whiplash won. His race shell is replaced by a trophy shell, but Breakneck stole the race shell and went away speedily, but got captured by Turbo and his friends.
Appearance[]
Breakneck appeared similar in color to Whiplash. The differences are older-looking and has a curved neck.

Breakneck is a greedy type who wanted to steal the shell of Whiplash.
